“First off let me start by saying, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Chris (the supervisor over this location) and his staff were super amazing I got the “Cafe Yummy” I believe it’s called that comes with: Pancakes , fried potatoes, eggs, sliced ham, and bacon. Sounds yummy right!? Everything was made to order, and the pancakes are their own recipe nice and fluffy with a settle sweetness. For my drink I got an ice cold chocolate milk topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. My order was Togo and very prompt. I walked in not expecting to leave with a meal but the setting is so nice it makes you wonder “How does the food taste here?” They have an outdoor sitting area as well for those who want fresh air while sipping their morning coffee or to simply read or get some work done in the sun. Go and try out Eggcellence Cafe and Bakery. Based on my experience they’ve earned FIVE STARS from me!”

“A very cozy local spot for Subs. They’re leaps and bounds better than eating your soul away at Subways. Ingredients are fresh, seating is cozy and the owners great you at the door. Think of this place as Cheers for Subs. Everybody knows everybody. You’d go in for food, stay for the experience. Of course none of this would mean much if the food wasn’t just as amazing. Tried their Italian and the steak and cheese. Loved the Italian, so tough to much with cold cuts and these guys manage just that. The steak and cheese was good, but I didn’t care much for the mayo and ketchup. But there might be a niche for it? Definitely going back and trying the meatball sub next time!”

“I thought the food was pretty good (I got the pulled pork sandwich) but the customer service wasn't as amazing as other reviews make it seem. My husband ordered a margarita and it hadn't been brought to the table by time our food came, so he asked someone passing by about it and they said they'd get it, but they seemed slightly annoyed. It's a $10 drink, it'd be nice to have it when, or before, the food comes. No one checked in on us during the meal or went out of the way to be helpful. That's what I would normally expect at a fast-casual restaurant, but other reviews I read made me expect slightly more.”

“Very friendly and helpful wait staff. Food was a little pricey but we had a 20% off coupon for entire meal, except alcohol. The salmon, ribs, and shrimp were delicious. At around 6:30 pm, Friday evening, place was not too pack. We walked in and were seated promptly. Received our drinks and food within 15 minutes.”

“This is a review in response to the Toni Horne review. Though I no longer work here, I was the manager on duty at this location for the day of the “horrible experience.” I know this because we get emails when a review comes about when and how, so that we can figure out what went wrong and make it right with the customer, lean from our mistakes, etc. First of all, in all of the time I’ve worked here, we were never out of cup holders; they are always in the same spot, and each employee knows where they are. Second, the day of that experience we never received an order that fits the description even remotely. Believe me, we tried looking for anything on different days just in case the day was a mistake. I checked with the other two girls that were working that night (and to give the devil his due, one is a little sassy), but nothing like this happened. Now, there is a grease trap issue there, so sometimes an unpleasant smell leaks through, but why would someone blatantly lie? A quick look at the profile shows Toni only give bitter 1 star reviews for what must be completely exaggerated BS if not an outright lie. The people here are not perfect, and sometimes mistakes are made, and they do what they can to rectify them, but that review is just an absolute cry for attention. If Toni is reading this, and you are worth a salt, you will delete that ridiculousness, and stop giving hard working folks a bad name for no reason. (The only reason I am giving 5 starts balance out the BS.)”

Looks great, but appears there all been heavily "sedated" somehow to increase shelf life and curb appeal. All looks lovely and great options. But the chief, spendy ingredients, barely palatable. Staff friendly and telling the party line well. But they couldn't go off script and explain the dicey seafood. I won't go back.”

“I eat here on a regular basis because the staff is always very friendly and provide great service. The food is always top notch fresh and good. Today while ordering my sandwich the manager Anthony came and said hello. He made an already great place to eat even better with his kindness and appreciation for me as a customer. To many businesses today lose sight of customer service and that's why they either struggle or close their business. I will go out of my way to eat here again and again. Thank you guys for remembering without customers it doesn't matter how good your product is if people won't come back and buy it. So wouldn't let me write a new review only edit this one. This was my review over a year ago, and since I have frequented this place at least once a week since receiving the same level of service I received from Anthony that day. Tonight was not so much the case. I received an email to download the new app and it stated if you download the app your first in app sandwich would be free. I did so but was charged for my sandwich. When I questioned the manager on duty as to why this was he held his hands up and said "We have no control over our app" I said "wrong answer" and was told I could call someone. Really I should go home and call someone? He offered me Anthony's card. CUSTOMER SERVICE, I can't stress that enough. People take care of your customers or your competition will. Take care of your customers when the issue arises, don't send them to your website, really?”

“Great selection of tasty wine and beer. Wonderful casual atmosphere you can bring the family to dinner to. Many of their pizzas are pretty good, and the lobster ravioli was awesome. They really have a decent selection of craft beer which we all enjoyed. I have no idea who our server was, she was a girl with a nose piercing but she gave us Wonderful service that is lacking at many establishments.”
