“Some of the best wings in Houston! Definitely worth a visit. They offer 32 flavors, have other menu options if you're not into wings, and the Kool-Aid is good. I visited around 8pm and the food was cooked fresh and the service was great. Highly recommend giving them a try.”

“Shipley Donuts and kolaches are an absolute gem in the culinary landscape of Houston, and I couldn't recommend them enough! Their donuts are heavenly, with a wide array of flavors that cater to every palate. But what truly sets them apart is their kolaches, a quintessential Houstonian delight. The soft, pillowy dough stuffed with savory fillings like sausage, cheese, and jalapeños is a Texan breakfast classic. Shipley has perfected the art of making these delectable pastries. The friendly service and nostalgic ambiance in their stores make the experience even more enjoyable. If you want a true taste of Houston, Shipley Donuts and kolaches are a must-try, earning them a solid five stars in my book!”

“If we could give La Viva more than five stars, we would. We were greeted at the door by three wonderful and attentive hostesses. The margaritas were the best we’ve had, ever! So were the quesadillas! And the queso! Soooo yummy. Our server, Percy, was outstanding. The atmosphere was fun. The restaurant was packed and we didn’t ever have to wait for anything. We will be back again and again, and again!”

“It's a great place to go in with an extremely friendly and kind staff. I was VERY happy with their WOW shakes. I have collitis, and usually shakes make me die in the bathroom for hours, but I had 0 issues after drinking it! I really like the energy refreshers. #73 Purpose is delicious!”

“Wow! Best Mexican food I've ever had in all of Texas and it's in this food truck! The sopes were incredible and the tacos sooo good! Salsa was perfect, not as spicy as I like but really tasty and somewhat spicy. Meats cooked to perfection and the masa of the sopes and tortillas was so good. I can't compliment this place enough!”

“This was my first visit at this location via drive thru. The guy who took our order was nice and very good at multitasking but he wasn’t too attentive. I had to ask multiple times for a straw. I’m not sure if they were understaffed but he was working the drive through, taking orders and doing something else (not sure what the 3rd thing was). Also, they didn’t put a sticker on my cup like other locations but maybe it’s because they are new. Next time I will go inside and hopefully have a better experience.”

“I’m from Texas but live in Colorado where we don’t have decent Mexican food. I was so happy to find this little food truck. It was hopping with customers and the food was delicious. I had some barbacoa tacos, chicken flautas, and chorizo potato breakfast tacos. Wow. This was so delicious. I’d like to hitch up the food truck and bring it to Colorado. The flautus specifically was my favorite. The rice and beans were delicious.”

“First time trying this place out and it was pleasant. Service No one greets you when you enter and you seat yourself, which kind of typical for small Salvadorean restaurants. Place is clean and has high chairs and booster seats for kids. The ladies were a bit serious and the kind that leave you be once food is at the table. You have to get their attention if you need something. Food The food in general is very tasty and reasonably priced for the portions. We ordered corn tamales and asked if they could be fried which they were able to do for us! Sooo good! They didn't come out oily either which was great. We ordered empanadas and they were good as well. The filling in them is different everywhere you go but it was enjoyable. We also ordered bean and cheese pupusas for my kids and they ate it up. They were good in flavor, on the bigger size, not greasy, not stingy on filling, and pretty balanced - as in not more cheese than beans or vice versa. My husband got combo number two and he liked it very much. It was surprisingly a very generous portion and was not able to finish it all. I ordered the chicken soup and a agua fresca. I loved the agua fresca! It was marañon flavor, which is the fruit that cashews grow on. I was disappointed on the soup though. It was very salty and the chicken typically is grilled and not fried. Had I paid attention that it was fried chicken I wouldn't have ordered it and opted for the beef soup. Overall, I would definitely come back again and try out other food items. Their breakfast items are the classic Salvy meals and I would love to come enjoy it one day.”

“KT served us at this location, and was quick, attentive, responsive, and helpful in answering questions we had about the menu. This was the second time we went to a juicy crab location (different spot the previous time) and the food was amazingly flavourful. They have specials specifically on certain days, so don’t feel shy in asking what the specials are. The combo packages give you variety, but this time around I had the Snow crab and Dungeness crab.”

“I came on a Wednesday night and to my surprise it was also karaoke night. It was a lot of fun and easy to sign up. They also offer drink specials for participants. As for the food, I ordered the fried rice and honey lemon pepper wings. They both tasted great. I also ordered a frozen margarita that was pretty good! My server was very nice and friendly too. It wasn’t too crowded so I was able to get my drink and food pretty fast.”

“This place is truly a gem! The service was outstanding. The young lady took her time showing us everything and answering our questions. She was super friendly. Everything we ordered was amazing. I had a vanilla lavender cappuccino that the lady came up with on the spot. I told her the flavors I wanted and she whipped it up. My husband had the brownie milkshake and he loved it. We had 3 different types of cookies. The triple chocolate cookie with Nutella filling was to die for. We also had macaroons, chocolate cake, pineapple cake, and lemon pound cake. We tried so many things because we just couldn’t decide on what to get. We will be back for breakfast this weekend. Next on my list to try is the Mao coffee and the tres leches. This is going to be our new spot. Just outstanding and delicious!! A must try!”

“Place is great I hope they stay there. So many places have come and gone from that location. The chicken and shrimp fried rice is delicious its fresh and good. Hard to find good fried rice since HS closed down off hwy 6. But this place got good fried rice. We like the wings too. Crispy and fresh as well. The customer service is top notch as well. We once placed a pickup order and got 2 orders of wings my husband walked out to the car and the lady chased him to let him know she forgot an order or wings and will make them right now. She also threw in free eggrolls. Which were nice and Crispy as well. The sweet and sour sauce they have is good too. Not too sweet and just the perfect consistency. A great place for sure!!! I like that you can pick the spice level on your fried rice as well”

“We are so fortunate to have this place a few minutes from home. It was my first time in Los Dionisios and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Micheladas were AMAZING, had excellent choice of music playing in the background. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They just opened about a week ago so here’s hoping this place sticks!”
