“Picked up some pastries at about 9:30 am sunday Oct 15. They were so soft & some were even warm. Try the empanadas with no sugar but order early or pre order. Also we preordered a Tres Leches cake for a birthday. It was a bargain to me for about $35.00 & super delicious. I cant believe we have such a great bakery for Mexican pastries near by it’s hard to just buy a couple of things, i always walk out with more than i planned.”

“By far my favorite pizza! They do not skimp out on toppings. The mozzarella sticks with their pizza sauce is so good, you just have to try it out for yourself!!”

“I ordered the boudin balls 3 for $10. They were a little salty but I'm not complaining. They were delicious with the spicy Cajun I think it was mayo. I also ordered the fish and shrimp which is $22. It came with 4 tasty pieces of fried fish and some very nice size fried shrimp and french fries. Some cocktail and tartar sauce was included along with ketchup and napkins. I have no complaints. Everything tasted fresh and good. This is a food truck, but I hope they make this location permanent. They've been here a couple weekends now. Hopefully the locals will buy some food and show them some love because we don't have anything else like this in Kyle. It's nice.”

“Our weekend getaway was absolutely fabulous at Wimberly Inn. The check in/checkout process was fast, and easy to communicate with the staff. The room was clean, the bar was downstairs, cute library included in the cottage. The town shops are walking distance by the Inn. Star gazing was also a plus on a cold winter night. We will definitely be back during the summer to enjoy the beautiful pool area.”

“One of my go-to fave summer spots. So many options and a very refreshing way to beat the heat. So far I haven't tried anything I didn't enjoy. My fave flavor would prolly have to be the Piccadilly.”

“This place inside Evo is actually a really convenient place to grab a bite. My wife and I usually go here and have wings and French fries. They aren’t the best we’ve ever had but they are solid especially with the convenience of being there when you’re bowling or before/after watching a movie. They will pack your food “to-go” so that you can bring it inside the movie theater. They also have beers and cocktails in plastic cups so that you can bring them into the movie theater as well. Naked wings (extra crispy) with ranch is the way to go - their wing sauces are all too sweet for our liking.”

“A three for now, for how quickly I got it through the drive through. Otherwise these empanadas are not tasty..not bad but not good. And 5 plantains stuffed into this container. They also tasted okay Haven’t tried their chicken. Expecting that to be better 😌”

“Tried most of the fresh food options at this store and all are good. The pitas are the best thing they offer and some of the best food this side of the highway for the price (food options and quality is generally very bad here in Kyle). The honey chicken is my favorite, but they also have the best falafel I've ever tried. The shwarma chicken is tender and tasty, but i like the honey chicken better. The beef is mild in taste by comparison but would be good with the sauces they offer. But even the burgers and fried chicken is good. Burgers are on par with shark's and have a similar taste if you're familiar with those already. Their chicken isn't super crispy crunchy (at least regarding the tenders) but still has a good texture, and I appreciate they have red beans and rice and jambalaya as a side. I think taste wise they have some of the best fried chicken in town. They say they have tacos but I've never seen them, so just know they don't have a taco set up like the place across the street (but those guys never have food ready anyway). Thanks for opening a place where i can get good food before going to work down 150 where my card won't get skimmed when I get gas 😂”

“We really enjoyed it here for dinner. It was very busy on Friday evening but the staff handled the flow of everything very well. We got a table within a couple of minutes, and the service was great. The food was excellent, offering a Thai and Japanese fusion. Sushi was prepared very well, and the presentation was very appealing. I would highly recommend it here. Just know that the space is not huge, so it will fill up quickly during busy times of the night.”

“This is probably my favorite place in Kyle now. There are tons of options to make the bowl or pita of your dreams. The options are clear. Build your own bowl is the way to go tho. Portions are perfect! All of the items are fresh. The cucumber lime drink is the absolute BEST!”

“Phillip Hanson and his team at four seasons outdoors took care of designing our barbecue and giving us the outdoor kitchen we were looking for. José and his crew came out and built the barbecue in one day and did a fantastic job, and I can’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend Four Seasons Outdoor for your barbecue and outdoor kitchen needs.”

“Just went here Saturday for the first time. We ordered & shared the guacamole, carne asada & tres leches. Both the food & service by the manager (Carlos?) were outstanding! Can't wait to go back. Margaritas were also tasty & strong. 10 stars for everything. I wish Corazon de Mexico great & continued success, because they most certainly deserve it!! Very highly recommend!!!”

“Got 1 lbs of brisket, 1/2 lbs of turkey and 1/2 lbs of sausage. The brisket and turkey were very good, smoky and flavorful. The sausage I did not really like. The skin was very tough and the sausage had just a peppery flavor. The service was fast and staff was friendly and courteous and smiling when interacting with us. Our three meats and a brisket baked potato came to just under $60 with no drinks or sides. Will have to try again in the near future and get a combo plate to try some sides.”

“My kids were craving hamburgers and we decided to go check out the new burger joint in the Shell that is close to the house. This place has a burger place, a place to get wraps and Cajun style check. They all seem to share the same kitchen. Their menu is simple, either single, double or triple patty. I wanted bacon on one of my burgers. The lady said, "We do not have bacon." Really? You can get tacos with bacon on them. If they have tacos and you share a kitchen. How come you do not have bacon? I decided to go ahead and order the burgers. The service was quick. The 3 burgers I ordered were quickly made and handed to me in a bag. The fries were good, hot and crispy. The burger patty was almost like a "smashed" patty. It was crispy around the edges, but had little seasoning or flavor to it. It was juicy, but that is because it was not cooked all the way in the middle. The bun was also cold. I was hoping they would have toasted the bun. It almost tasted like it had been frozen previously, just to make sure it was fresh. I did like the buns they used for the burgers and the veggies were crisp. Whoever came up with this concept. Great idea, wrong execution. Ironic that you have to pay for your burger, but if you order chicken you pay at the register of the gas station. That makes it confusing. Yes you can make your burger, "Flaming" with green chilies; but, how come you do not have other options like bacon or jalapeños if someone wanted them? Whoever is cooking the burgers, needs to season the burgers better. The folks working there are amazing, great service. If I was rating them on service alone, I would have given them 5 stars. The Food is "meh". Burgers could have been much better. I was hoping for a little bit more. It was reasonably priced. I did get out of there for 3 burgers and 2 fries for $25. Not bad. Anywhere else, it would have been almost $40. I will probably give them a little while longer to work out all of the kinks since they also just opened. Overall, it was descent. There is work to be done. I will give them another try in a few months.”
