“We love vacationing in Corpus and while here, we make it a habit to eat breakfast at a local German restaurant every day. This morning, while waiting for our usual spot to open, we thought we'd grab some coffee at Island Joe's. So, I ordered a mocha and since I was famished, a cinnamon roll. All it took was 1 bite and I switched my allegiance instantly. Island Joe's not only serves outstanding coffee, but if the cinnamon roll is any indication, outstanding grub. Hubs, who is far more disciplined than yours truly smiled indulgently because I didn't have the self control to wait for our usual. As we left the Island Joe's parking lot, I forced him to try a tiny bite of MY delicious, tender, baked to perfection, covered in cream cheese frosting cinnamon roll. He instantly regretted not ordering one for himself. Yeah, so, guess where we'll be having breakfast tomorrow morning? Island Joe's. Great coffee, awesome food and excellent service!”

“Our corpus trip was the best after eating here. We came from San Antonio for the memorial weekend and sight seeing all day I saw this restaurant and the name alone just made my mouth water. Let me tell you I got the brisket sandwich with fries, my friend got the avocado burger meal, and we also ordered the BBQ poor boy sandwich. The meat was juicy, tender, and omg it was a great experience . The service was excellent and price was so decent, if your looking for quality BBQ this is the place I would give them a 10 star if I could .”
