“Just left the location. I come here almost every week before work. And I always receive great service. There were some people in front of me and I was still able to get a drink in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their customer service is great. I ordered a green milk tea with grass jelly and the female employee made it perfectly as always. It’s a blessing to have a milk tea location down south in the GP/ARL/MANSFIELD area. “My wife and I would just like to commend "Mr. Dale" for the outstanding service that we received from him while at the McDonald's store #32438. We've been attending this store for a few years now since we moved into this neighborhood a little over four years ago. We can't recall ever receiving the type of service and attention to detail rendered by "Mr. Dale" during our breakfast this morning. Although his badge states that he is "just" a crew member, he definitely needs to be considered for management and/or at least assistant management. His pleasant and cordial demeanor throughout our entire visit really impressed me and my wife as well. So much so, that I felt that had to leave some comments. When we began to order our food in the drive thru it was immediately evident that the person on the headset was not going to get any of our order correct. Another voice came over the speaker and he began to take our order. When we got our food it was exactly as ordered and when we got it home and food was re-heated it tasted good as well. It's been said that "they always screw you in the drive-thru". Not at this location yesterday evening anyway...”

“The food here is pretty good, and the portion sizes compared to the prices are a deal. I just don’t think that the food is necessarily amazing....But again it’s pretty good. I will have to try more of the menu I guess next time I go. I recommend the Beef Broccoli or the Singapore Mei, and the wings are good but I have to get them cooked a bit extra... Also If your short of time make sure you ask ahead before you order or you’ll be stuck waiting longer then you anticipated!”
