“The manager here was so sweet. We did have a little mix up with my order. It was really windy outside so I’m not too surprised they didn’t hear me perfectly. But the manager was kind and got it fixed quickly for me. There was also some fun tables with touchscreen games and even a table that changed color when you touched it. Definitely the most high tech McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I really wish I lived in the area so I could come here more often. Bathrooms were very clean and of course the food was delicious”

“If you are looking for a quick and consistent breakfast or lunch spot, this is your place. Every time we dine at Starwood the food is great, the service is fast and polite, and the wait is short. Most recently, we dropped in on Easter morning. We expected a long wait, but we were seated almost immediately, even though they were quite busy. The food was great as usual, and the service was outstanding. If you are looking for a great place, try Starwood.”

I was waiting in dining room and saw several people come in, order and receive their food, yet I was still waiting. Finally I asked about my food. The manager said, they were waiting on fries. Which was a lie because three people ordered meals and received complete orders. An apology would have been appreciated rather than lying to me.”

“Good service, breakfast waffles and crepes a bit so so though. I came here to meet a friend and I must say this place took me by surprised as had never seen Korean teas before or other lots of extensive teas before. I ordered the breakfast which came with eggs, bacon, waffles and crepes..eggs and bacon we're good but the waffles we're bit soggy and the crepe was just to sweet for me. I even had a latte which was pretty good though. Overall it's a pretty good place but just avoid the crepes especially.”

My husband ordered Turkey avocado BLT and coffee. We both really enjoyed our meal. It tasted fresh very good. The cashier was great and so was the server. Glad we stopped there.”

“This particular McDonald's is a bit of a tradition for my co-workers and I. Being centrally located from our training areas and work locations, it is a quick easy meeting area for a quick lunch. It is always timely when you go in. Honestly, though they try I would avoid the drive thru during any time it may remotely be busy. Going in is always quicker here and the employees are always best when you do go in. This McDonald's also makes it clear they care about their community.”

“I'm giving them five stars after my bad experience cause they made it right. I got stuck in their driveway for over 30 minutes. I honestly thought they might be getting robbed. I mean all kinds of stuff goes through your head of why they could possibly be taking this long. Finally i get to first window and ask what the problem is and the girl says i don't know but i think its a person with a big order and when we ask them to pull up to a number they don't so it backs up the whole line. I preceded to tell her if i was manager they would need to come in and get their food now and if they don't move...calling police. Some people are so rude and ghetto. The upside is I wrote McDonald's about the situation and the owner and local manager made it right. I actually got a letter from the owner or head honcho which shows they care about their customers. I also got treated to a free lunch. I do hope they so something about the ignorant rude customers that won't pull up but instead back up the line that long.”

“4/24 Edit: upped the rating. This place is getting better. New district manager, new staff!! Edit: came in the following morning, and there were donuts, but "we're running low on them". Then, four people working, only one person actually getting orders. No one going through the drive thru.. why couldn't someone open another register to get the line moving? --- They're trying... staff is friendly, but everything seems to be working against them. Walked in tonight and there were zero donuts and the hot coffee was pretty dang cold. I love Dunkin, but drive over to the one on Cooper until these guys fix themselves.”

“We ate there for the first time this weekend. It was absolutely the best Mexican food we have ever eaten. The chips and salsa were delicious, one of the best things about it is that it had not been salted to the point where you can barely eat it like most Mexican restaurants. They serve a black bean dip with the salsa that was to die for. We had the guacamole salad as an appetizer it was awesome. For our entrée we had the fiesta plate it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. It will be the only place I eat from now on when I want good Mexican food .”

“This place has the best breakfast It's Not Just Another Broken Egg this place is delicious. I had Lobster in my breakfast I mean what it was so good! If you're going to eat here this place is always packed so you need to make your reservations beforehand you can do them on your phone ahead of time really quick and then by the time you get to the restaurant you will probably only wait about 5 or 10 minutes. Well worth it so before we get out of church at Gateway in Southlake we submit our reservation and it's not that far from church so it's perfect. Drinks the food all delicious highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about breakfast or brunch. They also have good lunch items too. Be sure to tip your waitress or waiter cuz they are hustling and bustling here always super busy. I really like The coffee mugs and the coffee. Cousin had a brunch drink and said it was way better than any she has ever had and it looked good from what I saw.”
