(June 17, 2022, 12:36 am)I am in town visiting from North Carolina and landed across Cachitos 512 in Austin, TX to try before I leave and I am so so amazed at how amazing this food is. I had to go back for seconds and they have amazing customer service. Local or not you HAVE to try this truck!!

(June 16, 2022, 8:51 pm)Absolutely fan-freakin-tastic! I had never had Venezuelan food before, but I certainly will again. The vegan was one of the best meals I've had anywhere. The freshness of the ingredients and the savory flavors of the cilantro sauce, avocado, and fried plantains left me wanting more and more and more. I can't wait to eat there again!
