Paris 13

Address: Parking lot behind Dillard's & Macy's, 2901 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746, USA

Restaurant

“I’m a repeat customer of Paris 13 having catered from them for parties previously and I’m excited I can now stop by their booth at the Farmer’s Market to enjoy their homemade food, hot and ready to go! Everything is an absolute treat, the quiche options perfect for breakfast or lunch while roaming the market and their samoussas I can honestly eat at any time of day - they’re deliciously crunchy and my personal favourite! What I appreciate the most about visiting Paris 13 is the warm, friendly service that I receive every time. They’ve happily answered any questions I’ve had about their food or background. You can see they’re passionate about what they do and that’s important for any great meal.”

Lou's Barton Springs

Address: 1608 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704, USA

Restaurant

“We met a friend at this restaurant for lunch. Before we went, I read the reviews. Based on the reviews it seemed that the food was good, but the service was lacking. So I went with an open mind. The food was really good and the the food runner was very attentive to our table. In addition, there were several bussers there who took away empty glasses and plates. For the price and the quality of food, it was definitely worth it. We started our meal with cocktails. I had the Gin/tonic, my roommate, the Bloody Mary. Both were fantastic. Then we shared the guacamole. It was really good, in texture and flavor. The accompanying chips were super fresh. We also had the spicy cucumber side. It was amazing. For my main I had the Greek salad and my roommate had the burger. These dishes were also really good. I would definitely come back.”

I Panini

Address: 2201 William Barton Dr, Austin, TX 78746, USA

Restaurant

“I recently tried a panini that left me disappointed. It only had one slice of prosciutto and was not grilled or toasted, which affected the overall taste and texture. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service, as the employee didn't say a word to me and was engaged in a conversation with someone else while taking my order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.”

Polvo’s Barton Creek

Address: 2901 S Capital of Texas Hwy building 7, Austin, TX 78746, USA

Restaurant

“Great spot for every occasion. This particular location is in a great spot. The restaurant is big with plenty of parking. The architecture of the building is stunning and makes it look expensive, but it's not. The only service failure they have is their bar. It was slow and always behind, at least while I was there (Wednesday night). The food is great; salsa bar is the best thing they have. More than 6 different salsas to taste, and you can have as much as you want. The plates are spectacular and well plated, and the portions are big. Flavor is definitely there. If you like Chile rellenos, then you should try theirs, very unique. Everything I tried was good and flavorful; Rellenos, street tacos, chile con carne, and asado puerco. Price was just what I expected. The average plate is about $20-25$ so you will end up spending about $50+ per person with drinks. I ordered tacos and 3 cocktail drinks. Overall true authentic mexican food, presentation and atmosphere. Will be back again soon. For the record, I would've given them 5 start but the bar was slower than usual. Server was great!”

“It was my 1st time going, so I opted for the basic chicken fajita tacos on corn tortilla. Fireeee! Salsa wasn’t too hot for those who don’t like spicy. I love spicy, but it was still amazing. Fresh food. Fresh toppings. It was sooo good! I will be back next week!”

La Hawaiiana Pollos Al Carbon

Address: 4925 Craigwood Dr, Austin, TX 78725, USA

Restaurant

“There are 3 grilled chicken places in the area and this one always has the largest crowd around it. It was really good! 15 bucks you get half a chicken, side of rice, charro beans, half a grilled onion and a ton of tortillas. The salsas that come with it are really delicious. I'll definitely be coming back.”

El Buen Taquero

Address: 5313 Manor Rd, Austin, TX 78723, USA

Restaurant

“A little disappointed in this place. I ordered 8 pastor and steak tacos, but it ended up being $40. The tacos were normal street tacos, but it was very little meat if I’m paying $5 per taco. They also ran out of green sauce when I came.”

Restaurant

Dos Amigos Tacos

Address: 3501 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705, USA

Restaurant

“Really enjoyed my egg and cactus burrito! Everything was cooked perfectly. The tortilla and beans tasted so fresh, the cheese was gooey and the right amount, and the salsas added a layer of flavor to bring it all together! Plus, it was so big that I get to eat it for two meals, all for under $10. Also, staff was so friendly! I ate at the picnic table next to the truck.”

Nori

Address: 3208 Guadalupe St B, Austin, TX 78705, USA

Restaurant

“Best sushi spot in town, if you came in blindfolded without knowing, you wouldn't believe it was vegan. Happy hour is a great way to try out a lot of items on the menu but you must get the bao bun "chicken" and the tempura. Try the fried edamame as well. Won't ruin the experience but the food travels well and still tastes great after taking leftovers home and storing it in the fridge for a few hours.”

Big Taquito

Address: 100 W Dean Keeton St, Austin, TX 78712, USA

Restaurant

“Big Taquito is a must try 👍🏻 decided to try their signature taquitos (potato and chicken) along with bistek and pastor mini tacos. The owner was really kind. He gave us explanations about their menu items which made ordering easier. The taquitos were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Potato taquito was something that I have never tasted before and it was delicious. The chicken taquito was also the best I've had. The mini tacos were juicy and tender. I would recommend to try both pastor and bistek when you are there. Highly recommend this gem.”

Queen's Tacos

Address: 629 W 29th St, Austin, TX 78705, USA

Restaurant

“Got the taquito plate with beef fajita, it was delicious! Only critique is it could use some salt, but I was fine without it. Super friendly, and the limonada was great too! Would come again”

Whataburger

Address: 3201 Bee Cave Rd #180, Austin, TX 78746, USA

Restaurant Meal takeaway

“First off, this is not your normal whataburger. It’s to-go only and best practice is to use the app to order ahead of time. If you’re looking to have a human you speak with place your order this is not the place. It’s all on you to put in what you want , which is a fairly simple task. Frankly, I enjoy the new concept and appreciate no sitting in some exhaustive line of cars while people place orders. I’ll gladly take this new style over the old way of doing things. Having been here multiple times the food has been consistently good.”

SusieCakes - Austin West Wood

Address: 3267 Bee Cave Rd Suite 123, Austin, TX 78746, USA

Bakery Restaurant

“Our first SusieCakes experience was so positive, I can not recommend them enough. I ordered a 1/2 birthday cake for our baby, and loved it. We got the small size but was able to feed 14 people. Everyone said the cake was absolutely delicious. Even when I picked up the cake, the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy. Their location is bright and charming. I am so excited to have come across them and can’t wait to get their cakes for all other occasions!”

Daiboku Ramen By Sazan

Address: 609 W 29th St, Austin, TX 78705, USA

Restaurant

“I love it so much!! There is a ramen here for every mood, and they’re ALL amazing and worth trying. My go to is the spicy miso, super hot! I love how you can still distinguish every flavor despite the amount of heat you request. I could eat it every day. My second favorite is the jiro. This bowl is a bit heavier because the noodles and broth are thicker. When I’m hungry af or hungover, this bowl sets me straight. smoked chicken shoyu is pure class. If you want a lighter option, this one is for you. Just like Sazan, the wings are amazing— Daiboku’s are juicier and lighter on the spice. Love coming here to sip on a one cup and eat the best ramen in Austin. Well done, chefs!”

Campus Hookah Lounge & Bar

Lumi's Crepes - West Campus

Address: 2718 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705, USA

Mighty Mo's

Address: 2716 1/2 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705, USA

Restaurant

“This was our 1st time going to Mighty Mo's. It was a great experience. The food was fresh and piping hot. The customer service was amazing. We did dine in and ordered burger and Philly cheese steak sandwiches. It's pretty much self order, but we were helped by the owner on the ordering process. The fries were crispy, fresh, and hot. I had a Philly steak sandwich. It was delicious!! I would definitely go again! But parking near the campus is usually next to impossible. This time we got lucky. I hope they open up another branch near arboretum or cedar park. There were plenty of order pick up and very few people dining in.”
