“This is by far the best sushi available in north Austin and probably in all Austin. The amazing fresh flavors are second to none, and their selection of fresh fish cuts seem to be handpicked for a royal dinner. Maybe is their high traffic but they seem to always have great quality fish. The list of creative combinations is their unique differentiation with a highly knowledgeable staff, a great beer selection and friendly environment. It is worth waiting for a table and you wont be disappointed!”

“Good sandwiches here. They are pretty big portions so a regular is a lot for most. The meat is cut fresh in front of you which is nice. Same goes for the cheese. The options they have are nice and can even hit the grill for hot sandwiches. Parking is a little tight during busy times so you may have to park a bit away. No drive thru but they build the sandwiches pretty quick so if you're in a rush it's not too bad. The option to have Mike's way is actually pretty good and I'd recommend but if you have a long drive home then it'll make our sandwiches soggy.”

“If we are in the area when we want to eat, McAlister's is the go to place for lunch. I had a half sandwich and bowl of soup and enjoyed them immensely. My partner had the Vege Wrap with added chicken, broccoli and potato and gravy. As always she enjoyed the meal. The broccoli was cooked to perfection, which is a feat let me say. Highly recommended.....”

“Surprisingly decent Asian food. Was a little worried as the kitchen staff was what you would find at any fast food joint (young kids) but cant complain about what they served. Young man taking the order seemed a bit confused but the store manager was right there to help him. Kids loved their dishes and my Seoul steak stir fry was outstanding. “1st visit... Found it to be very good pizza. Ordered "Mad Dog", asking for it to be well done. I was allowed to increase the volume of the ingredients without increase $. The pizza was done in about 5 minutes and was cooked just right. The ingredients seemed to be top notch and the crust tasted very good, not cheap. I'd put it above Blaze which I frequent due to convenience. Lemons would be nice for my tea! I will return!”

“Good burgers and bottomless choices of sides. Lots of burger options to choose from as well as other menu items like sandwiches, salads and wings. Have some pretty good beer shakes too. I’m not the biggest fan of the regular steak fries, but they are good. I do like the sweet potato fries better. Service is a little slow at this location as they tend to be pretty busy, but still very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are mid range. They do not take reservations, and wait time can be a little long on their busy nights. Weekends, for sure.”

“Let me say that the food was great. 5 Stars. I went with a friend and had to go back in a few days and brought my wife. That said, both times the employees made the experience hard to enjoy. Going in the evening, the two young women had terribly inappropriate music playing loud enough that we couldn't ignore. I would have asked to change if my kids were with me. I mean this music was BAD! So vulgar. I mean, REALLY BAD!! and they just let it play, song after song. Employees both times didn't know how to explain the choices, describe the food, communicate, make eye contact, or count money. I was so embarrassed for the cashier who couldn't figure out how to deal with cash. Owners! Please train the employees to be polite, engaging, and professional. I don't know if I can go back and not say something rude if there experience repeats.”

The orange chicken did not taste good. Had a fish taste that ruined the meal. Server only checked on us once. I would come back but definitely wouldn't get orange chicken.”
