The car wash quit working amid soap on car and she had us pull into the self car wash stall and she washed off our car and her and another employee wiped and dried our car off. “One word... FLAVORFUL! My husband and I tried Scratch Burger for the first time and enjoyed everything we ordered!! I ordered the Scratch Burger with salted fries and my husband ordered the Spicy Burger with seasoned fries. We shared the Carolina loaded fries, which were out of this world! I asked for extra sauce not knowing they already put some in our bag for us and the burger didn't even need extra sauce! All of the ingredients tasted fresh! I loved the unique sweet flavor of the seasoned fries and the extra pickle flavor in their fry sauce. We will definitely be back, they're our new favorite burger place!! Great customer service as well!”

Due to their prompt and professional response, I will give them another try. Customer service sucks! My husband and I stood by the register for 12 minutes and not one of the five employees acknowledged we were there. They were definitely more focused on the to go orders with one employee building the sandwiches another standing and holding up the counter, another on her cellphone, and one by the register who was more concerned about putting stickers on bags. Too many options out here to spend our dollars on with great customer service and food. We won't be back.”

“Strolling around station park and we saw this little gem. It looked fun so we gave it a try. I ordered a strawberry boba and some sweet potato fries. The food was good, I have never tasted a Boba drink before it really enjoyed it. I think I’ll go back and have the mango sometime. The atmosphere was nice and spacious dining with good vibes. We ordered karaoke chicken (like fried chicken bits with a yummy, creamy mustard sauce), the tonkatsu ramen, and the bomb umami ramen. All of it was excellent! Chloe, who helped us, got us some extra black garlic oil and spicy garlic sauce to get everything just right.
