“Yuta is a secluded high-end restaurant located near Wanship, about 25 minutes outside of downtown Park City, Utah. The restaurant is part of the luxury Auberge Hotel, on the Blue Sky Ranch and High West Distillery property. Attentive and friendly staff provide excellent service. Attractive decor. The light airy restaurant has an open kitchen, comfortable seating, and large sliding doors that open onto an outdoor patio. Views of the mountainside behind. Delicious food. Signature cocktails. Large wine list. Appetizers from $16 (green salad) - $22 (tuna). Entrees starting at $38 (homemade pasta) - $51 (ribeye steak). Desserts $14-$19. Signature cocktail $20. Wine starting at about $50 bottle. Prices Summer 2019. We had the tuna, salad, & octopus to start, the salmon, steak, pasta, and steelhead trout for entrees, and the chocolate torte and hibiscus soup for desserts. All excellent. “We had a pretty good time visiting the distillery today. Even during COVID times, this location is huge and they take reservations, walk-ins and are offering a very limited Sensory Tour. The Sensory Tour was pretty awesome and included the tasting of their 4 more common whiskey offerings. Highly recommended! We learned not only about the history of the distillery but about whiskey in general. The restaurant offers a variety of food. We ordered the Brisket Mac & Cheese, and their Cheeseburger. Both were delicious! For dessert, their version of a cinnamon bun was very tasty. The only reason why I don't give this a 5 star is because I feel like service could have been a little faster and definitely more attentive. Otherwise, great place and most definitely awesome whiskey!”

When you go to Park City you understand that it's going to be lots of over priced art stores, boutiques, and restaurants filled with snobby rich people. But for someone who loves Park City for the history, the nature, the beauty, but doesn't really want to pay $130 for a steak ... No Name is the place to go. Every dang thing on their menu is delicious, but their blue cheese bison burger is out of this world. Really friendly staff and great prices!”

“This place was really busy for a good reason. The food was definitely delicious. The price point is definitely up there being in Park City. I went with the established burger with bacon and the fried egg which is a $20 total and $5 for a lemonade. Everyone else was pretty satisfied with their food and $15 salad. The Mac and cheese appetizer was amazing! They were out of the spinach artichoke dip so I was pretty happy with the alternative. My boyfriend went with the Eggs Benedict. He cleared his plate. I would definitely go here again and try the breakfast. One fault is the air flow kind of sucked. It was a hot day so I'm not sure if the a/c may have been out.”

I ordered a michelada because I was excited to see it came with a tamarind stick but then it didn't and when I asked about it, I was just told not right now... The guacamole was good but the chips were a little bland and way too yellow. I love that their patio is pet-friendly though and when my dog threw up after drinking too much water, too quick, the staff were really caring and kindly helped me clean up.”

“Ordered 7 dishes, quite disappointed overall. The amouche-bouche salmon could be more refreshing and fresh. The quail salad and the mushroom while each component is good, when put together, the dishes just do not quite fit. Bison is on the tougher end. The dish we like the most were the fois gras and the lamb. From the reviews and from the price-quality, we expected more.”
