“Went here for the first time for their opening comedy night to start the summer season. Vibes were awesome, atmosphere was great. Enjoyed the service and thought the comedians were hilarious. A really great night out overall. Fun drinks and menu items too. Tried the burger dumplings... delicious! Will definitely be coming back for more comedy nights!”

“Yummy. Kind of affordable. Curious about the cocktails. And the $1.50 cookie . Don't visit downtown often but would go back.”

It was a lovely yet modern edgy atmosphere and the staff was very sweet. Will definitely go back ! I'm already planning which day next week !!”

“We ate here last night and arrived on the early side of dinner service. We were seated right away and served very quickly. Our waiter (Jake, I believe!) was great as was the food and drink. We ordered the smothered burritos and a couple of cheese quesadillas for the kiddos. Everything was served hot, fresh, fast and was delicious. Looking forward to many meals at our new favorite neighborhood restaurant!”

“Delicious and the staff is so kind. Would highly reccomend for a nice dinner or a chill spot to take some pictures and hangout. The Thai iced tea is amazing, made from scratch and they even have tapioca pearls too. Crab angels are a must buy & all the entrés I've tried are delicious! If you're looking for a cheaper meal, the portions are very large so you can just split an entré between 2 people and still end up full & satisfied.”

“I like everything I have had here but especially the frozen sugar shack latte. There's the perfect amount of caffeine, ideal sweetness (a treat but not cloying), and it's not super heavy given that it's made with oat milk. The donuts are solid. Light and yeasty. But, the egg sandwich. When I unwrapped it, I was a little disappointed with how it looked but that little sandwich packs some flavor. The bun is buttery and crisp, the egg fluffy, and there's a tomato jam that I would put on everything.”

“Gurung Restaurant and Bar provides one of the best foods in town as they promised. Employees are very warm and respective. For fun, there's a great 8 ball pool table and Karaoke machine. If request, they will play the songs you enjoy. I'd highly recommend to try this place if you love delicious spicy asian cuisine.”

“Wow - what a wonderful place! We had puer and green teas and a five-spice almond cookie while waiting for our takeout order, and it was all really perfect and magical. When we got home we dug into the shishito peppers and mushroom jiaozi, and these were superb - beautifully cooked and super flavorful. A huge addition to the Burlington restaurant scene! Thanks.”

“Wow! Amazing! Great value behind this gem of a restaurant that recently reopened in the old Dio Duende restaurant space on Winooski Ave. Highlights include the congee (like an awesome chicken and brown rice soup with thinly sliced kale, pickled ginger, jammy egg), shaved carrot salad, potato salad with sweet corn, grilled skewers just kissed with the perfect amount of charcoal smoke, and oh, the salmon collars! Salmon collar might not be something that you have had before, but oh wow, you have to try these! Definitely going back soon. So great to see a place really trying out some new flavor combinations at a very reasonable price.”

“Incredible weekend vacation from Boston during COVID times. I mistakenly made a reservation for the day before I planned at another restaurant downtown and didn’t realize until we showed up. I called drifters last minute and they accommodated us outside. Maddy was so lovely and an excellent server, and the food here was delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I’ve never felt safe enough to go out to dinner outside in Boston, and I felt completely safe here!”

“Tasting food from all Indian restaurants around the Burlington area, I can definitely say that this place has THE AUTHENTIC INDIAN FLAVOR. Wait times might be a little high when comparing to the other restaurants, but it's definitely worth waiting. Prices are perfectly reasonable. The food's really delicious, fresh with the actual flavors for that specific food item. Instead of making up dishes and naming them with some random Indian dishes, they actually serve the Authentic Indian food. I hope the management continues maintaining the standards and serve the New England area with authentic Indian flavors.”

“A ton of vegan and vegetarian options, especially the inari pockets. Great customer service. Large pieces of fish in the non vegetarian section of the menu. Good portion sizes. Incredibly well priced. Usually pretty short wait times, so a good place to call when you're headed home to stop to pick up dinner on the way. Good corner location with a convenient 15 minute parking spot out front so you can run in and run out.”

“People are super nice and welcoming. 6.00 per person per table, the loads of board game collections seem to be alphabetical. They do have some "Fun" food options, saw the pretzel & some shakes they looked magical, they also have some magical beer to choose from.. overall a cool cozy place to play new and old games.”
