“Wow I loved my Breakfast Monster (savory crepe with cage free egg, cabot cheddar, roasted squash, basil, caramelized onion, spinach)! My husband liked his State breakfast I think is what it’s called - 2 sliders with bacon, egg, and their homemade pesto. The ambience was great, had a cool vibe.”

“I order from Domino's very frequently and I always find that they are respectful when they deliver my food. Whenever I do have a complaint about my food, the manager has always been very tentative to getting things right. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Domino's in Montpelier Vermont.”

“The food is great, but lately the service has been slower than usual, and they often don't have my favorites available like Reed's ginger beer even though the menu says they have it. I like the dedication to having good non alcoholic drinks, but it would be great if they stayed in stock. Garlic knots are the best around though!”

“Sarducci's is a lively restaurant with a professional menu and staff. I do love the pizza, but that's not what draws me. It's the rest of the classics-plus menu. Get the risotto! I love the way they do the salmon in the light white win caper sauce, which is just so good.”

“Great food at a very reasonable price. The shakes are actually made with real ice cream. What a novel concept. Seriously, the food is great tasting and a good value”

“Nice “no frills” simple place like anywhere in Southeast Asia or Greater China!! Nice Owners!! Seems mostly a takeout joint. I come here to take/out dumplings and then we make a great soy-vinegar-chili sauce at home to go with a glass of wine (as they serve no beer or wine here). If you have to sit down and eat on the premises for some reason, it is a bit sad as you’ll be eating out of styrofoam and plastic. But if that doesn’t bother you, go for it!! The food is quite decent and freshly prepared at each order!!”

“Came here because I was staying in town for work and looking for a place with good food and craft beer. I sat at the bar and ordered a Hill Farmstead beer on tap and a smoked chicken salad sandwich with a side of greens. The beer tasted fresh and delicious as always for HF beers, and the sandwich was superb, unlike any chicken salad sandwich I’ve tasted before, but in a good way. The bartenders were attentive and helpful as well, so I plan to make a return trip!”

“We stopped here for lunch and had a fantastic meal! The wait staff is friendly and well-informed. The food came out quickly and everything was perfectly cooked! The grits is creamy and slow-cooked to perfection. The biscuits are buttery and delicious. It’s hard to find good southern comfort food in Vermont, this has to be some of the best. We will definitely be back!”

“Best Tacos in all of New England. Great mean magaritas. Order a big glass and enjoy sitting on a high bar stool looking out on our lively Main Street!! Great pure corn tacos with great pork or chicken filling. Prepared with lots of love and care by the young staff!! This is a somewhat strange hybrid place...lots of take out types coming in and out and a few sit down folks. If you sit down you are special!! The staff are REALLY nice and dedicated. A real gem. Try it please, trust me you will be pleased for what it offers. Very NATURAL food in true Vermont fashion.”

“This place was really cool. I walked in on an early morning for a bagel and there was a folk violin group jamming out. Bought a bag of cinnamon bagel chips too. They were fairly good. The bagel itself(everything) was ultra fresh and good.”

“It is one of the only two true pub experiences in Montpelier. I love the atmosphere and the beer and food selections are some of my favorite. The food is simple pub food but with great flavor and perfectly sized portions. Afternoons and early evenings are great for family's with children although later in the evening it might be a had too noisy for younger kids. All in all my favorite place to grab food and socialize with friends over a pint of Guinness.”

“Good freshly made food served in a cozy space. We had lunch here and there was something healthy for everyone in the family. It's always nice to find a spot like this when traveling. Decent selection of craft beer as well. The falafel and pickled veggies we're highlights for me, but everything I tried was worth getting.”

“Very good pizza and fish n chips. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. No line and got seated right away and enjoyed great food. Service was great with all the servers helping out . A very pleasant time out.”

“Typical Subway sandwich was okay. A little skimpy on the tuna fish. The staff worked very quickly.”

“Great Thai owners and servers!! Great fish cakes. Classic Thai main dishes. We like the crispy duck or whole fish dishes. However, we noticed that unlike in other cities, they serve no organic brown rice but just plain white rice which is not great for your health if you are a follower of Nina Planck’s book called “Real Food”!! So given Vermont’s move to whole foods it is sad that this restaurant only serves white rice even if they could make more money serving excellent organic Thai or Lao brown or black whole grain rice. So cook your whole grain rice at home and bring it in a small tupperware or take the food home!!”

“Nice local music venue with cozy dark atmosphere for having MANY rounds of reasonable priced drinks!! Simply great!! The choice of music must be your thing otherwise don’t bother!! A little for everyone.”

“Can't eat their food enough! I've had their curries, soups, and meat dishes. ALL of them have been amazing. I highly recommend this place if you're into Thai food. Just make sure you check out their hours and bring cash! (No credit cards)”

“Very cozy and charming. I only gave it four stars because they really ought to have more than one bathroom for the entire place. I waited for a while to use theirs.”

“Crowded and cramped bar area during meal times. Food is well prepared and a bit New York style pricey. Service sometimes touch and go and often seems a bit rushed. Restaurant labor is hard to get and keep these days in Montpelier so I give great credit to the Owner who is working hard to make this a success.”

“Nice place for a pitcher of so-so Sangria and “stereotypical” Texas-Mexican food. Great salsa sauces to go with your corn chips!! Sit outside if you can during our 3 months of Vermont warm weather!! ???? Very spacious place. Nice young energetic staff.”

“Good service. Really good appetizer(calamari) came out super fast. Garlic bread and salads came promptly after ordering our entrees. The garlic bread was awesome. The house salad was disgusting unless you’re really into olives. The Caesar was much better. I recommend upgrading your salad or skipping it. It was literally just lettuce with olives and blue cheese. I didn’t see any dressing, unless you count olive juice. We both ordered fillet mignon and it was amazing. We each ordered a different potato option and they were both great. Kind of an expensive place but for good reason.”

“I live about 1 1/2 hours away, but I come here as often as I can. The food is AMAZING. Service is FANTASTIC. And it's always a wonderful time! Excellent choice of rotating beers on tap and everything I have tried on the menu is always fantastic. I love to eat out and when I do, I want to make sure my money is well spent; I can personally guarantee that your money spent here will be well spent. Wonderfully consistent quality! One of my all time favorite restaurants in New England!!”

“Food was very good. My pho (#20) was as good as I've ever had . Excellent broth. My wife's vermicelli noodle bowl was also very nice. The restaurant itself is a little cramped, and our waitress was borderline surly. To be fair, she said all the right things, but just enough to get by. Overall, it was very good. I almost forgot to mention that we had the Papaya salad for appetizer, which was also very good.”
