“We ate today for the soft opening and every dish was fantastic! The portions were generous and we tried the Brussels sprouts and spinach salad for appetizer and the eggplant Parmesan sandwich and Italian flatbread for mains. The Brussels were addictive and nicely complemented by the blue cheese sauce without being over sauced. The spinach salad had a lot of flavor and ate like a meal on its own. The eggplant Parmesan sandwich was generous on the pesto which gave it a garlic bread like quality. The flatbread was crispy without being greasy which is much appreciated around the holidays and all the heavy food. We tried a mule from the bar with great ginger flavor and a zero alcohol concoction with grapefruit and rosemary. The wait staff was attentive and thoughtful. We would order all of these items again and looking forward to coming back!”

“This place must be new. Other restaurants in this shopping center were packed. This one literally empty. The chef / bartender / waiter barely came out from the kitchen. It was at least 80 degrees inside. All ordering and payment was digital since I barely ever saw the guy. The chicken sandwich was good. Spicy like I ordered it. Awkward experience. I rated a 4 because the food was good and aside from the awkwardness they didn’t do anything to warrant a 3.”

They served very fresh beef Biryani and vegetable samosas. I do wanna point out that if you can’t handle spicy food, it might not be a good idea to get the samosas. “Shake Shake never misses when it comes down to the food. With this new location location in Mosaic, it has been great so far from my experience. The Food: I went with the double stack avocado bacon burger with a side of crinkle cut fries. The burger was nicely cooked and delicious as always. The fries were crisp and paired with with the shack sauce. The Service: for this location, they had multiple ordering kiosks for you to use, but there was one register taking orders as well. The kiosk was easy to navigate and very straightforward. The time it took for me to get my order was longer than I'd like, but that varies depending on time/day. Overall, solid 4/5. No complaints besides wait time.”
