“I have never been to such an amazing ice cream place. I came in with a cold, and the sweetest employees made me a horchata, to help and made me really great vegan ice cream. They were so nice and made my experience great! Hope to see these employees in the near future! Thank you for the great experience and amazing customer service! ????”

“It was clean. The staff was nice. I was there at the beginning of a lunch rush so the artisan did not give me the oil and vinegar on the side as I requested.”

“Delicious and fresh fish. Fast and friendly service. I get the salmon poke bowl and the oolong bubble tea. The sushi rice has me craving more. It's a local favorite of mine.”

“This was my first visit to the Melting Pot. I was a guest of a party of 6. We had reservations which I reccomend if there are more than 2 people dining. Several of the others had dined there before and were helpful helping me to understand the menu. Our server was very good at keeping our meal courses coming. The choices made were very good.”

“This place is great! I went on a Tuesday night and all their apps $10 and under were half off. The food comes in huge portions and is delicious! They have a big space and unique steampunk decor as well. Large beer selections and great plates for sharing. Highly recommend!”

“The food here is extremely good. Probably some of the best Italian food in Norfolk. When it's warm you can dine here on the sidewalk in Downtown Norfolk which is really cool. I highly recommend you adding this to your list of places to dine!”

“I don’t go to downtown Norfolk often, but I was there last week and discovered this wonderful place. Bonchon is a nice Korean fusion restaurant and quite possibly a new favorite for me and my family. There have been very few times I could say that everything I tried on the menu was perfect. It was a lovely spot with great food and service. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an Asian cuisine with a bit of a twist!”

“Ugh this place will eventually bankrupt us! My husband and I really enjoy coming to St Germain, we found the place accidentally and we are so happy that we did! The food is phenomenal and the drinks are so sophisticated. There are a few menu items that change so there is always something new to try. I think the portions are just right and the presentation is always fancy. There are so many cocktails we want to try, there is truly an art to every single item on this restaurant's menu!”

“Simply awesome. These sliders are superb. My wife and I stopped in to get a little bite and we were very well pleased. The meat is well seasoned, the sauces are impactful and the sandwiches stay together instead of crumbling. I will definitely be a regular.”

“The Grandma's Fried Chicken is to die for. Amazing and very filling. Almost could be shared by 2 people since the portion size is overflowing the plate. Highly recommend the restaurant.”

“Absolutely amazing atmosphere. Very polite people. You'll have a chance to buy some things you don't normally see. Great place to sit and study as well. I heavily recommend this mall. I myself am occasionally the Security Guard on duty at Selden. Every time it's Peaceful and Calm”

“I love this bar. Food and drinks are a little pricey, but you can never go wrong. This place is perfect for dates or simple nights out with friends. They always have great live music that you don't have to scream over. We did notice a few typographical errors on their drink list which was amusing.”

“Me and my bf came in for happy hour and were very impressed with the deals. Our server Corey was awesome very attentive and had great customer service skills. Awesome place for a laid back date with the beer pong tables and Jenga upstairs. Overall a great place and atmosphere. Will definitely be back!!!”

“I honestly don’t know how the place stays in business. Every Thursday almost I come here for happy hour and the place is totally dead. The happy hour specials of half off appetizers is great though! The staff is nice but can sometimes be inattentive just because it is so dead they get wrapped up talking to someone and you are trying to flag them down for another beer and they don’t even notice. Other than that though they have a good selection of beer. The regular menu is just “so-so”... nothing really wows me.”

“I like soup. And they do it really well. In the past few months have had Hot & Sour with White Fish, Salmon Chowder, Potato Leek, Crab and Corn Chowder, Gumbo, Vegan Creamy Tomato, Vegan Pumpkin Tortilla, Chicken Noodle (Asian), Beef Veg., Lamb and Chick Pea, Lamb and Couscous, Peach Gazpacho, Chicken & Biscuit, Turkey & Rice, Mushroom & Wild Rice, Butternut Squash, Split Pea with Ham, and more, including one with shrimp and vegetables in a thin tomato broth that I loved and cannot recall the name of. Only a couple of misses since I've been going (none that are mentioned above)--really not worth mentioning. The menu states (or used to, haven't looked recently) that you have a choice of rosemary biscuit or toast with the soup. And you do, but the default is the little rosemary biscuit which is just enough for three of four bites and I usually crumble it into the soup. And while the variety of soup (over time) is impressive, it's only worth noting because everything is prepared so perfectly. Not a hint of anything commercial or packaged. One of the best places in Norfolk.”

“My meal was JUST okay... I wanted to be WOW'd .. but I wasn't. I ordered lentil soup, samosas and an eggplant dish. These dishes are my favorites.... I usually order some variation of them at most Indian restaurants. Oh well ....”

“Risotto was all mushrooms and no risotto. The drinks were a bit bland. The service was top notch, as was the nice intimate dining area. May have been an off night for the cook, but overall was not in my personal opinion worth the price of the food. I think that it's a great date night setting though. Romantic, small, and intimate.”

“This restaurant is inside of the Marriott hotel right on the first floor on the left. The service was good a little slow for lunch. The hostess and waiter Stokes was awesome. The food was prepared very well and it was delicious. It's a very nice place to eat and good company. I would highly recommend this restaurant”

“The food was very good. My server was Marquise, friendly, courteous and checked on me about every 5 minutes. He answered my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure my food allergy was top priority. He was awesome.”

“Ugh I really wanted to like this place, but it's too commercialized. The ingredients for the poke bowls taste a bit off & the "smoothies" are nothing but sugar. So that's the reason for the minus two stars. The food & drink aren't exactly what you'd hope for. The girls that work there are really nice if it's any consolation.”

“First Visit: Food was good but the service I would definitely return for, fantastic! Had a party of 7 and it was smooth and easy our food and server were awesome! Second Visit: Returned and had the same server. Food was great! Ask for Jared, he is awesome. Upbeat and does a great job, even made custom roles for me per request and food allergies.”

“Yes, it's pricey but so worth it *Fantastic food, excellent service, and pleasant atmosphere! The salad bar was well-stocked with fresh products and the soup was wonderful. The Food and the servers have to be rated the best part of the experience. The way they described the food and their promptness with service is magnificent. Bottom line, if you're looking for a fun, palate-sating dining experience this is the place. My wife and I now share our Anniversary Dinners here and thinking about making it our Birthday location as well.”

“There were three of us and we all raved about our meals. The food was excellent. However, there was more excellent than just the food. Our server was Alvinia and she was excellent too. In addition another server also helped out. It was a great meal and we were tended to with perfection. This Chili's definitely deserves 5 stars for our dinner that night.”

“A super tiny fantastic coffee shop. It has a stellar location in the Dominion Tower, right on the water. Step outside for a great view of the shipyard and walking paths. My latte was great, and their menu was surprisingly large and smelled great. The owner is the 5th owner, working for the past owner, who worked for the previous owner - a cool setup. If your in Norfolk looking for a cool splash of history and a good cup O' Joe, this is your spot.”
