Glen Gordon Manor

My husband and I stayed here one night and had the most wonderful experience.
The people are so friendly. The house and grounds are Beautiful! The food: dinner and breakfast, were delicious. The pool is so pretty and the mountains in the background make it spectacular.
There are lots of places to hang out in the house and socialize if you are coming with friends.
There are 2 wineries within 5 minutes and many many more a short distance away.
And at the end of the trip, my husband tells me he never wants to stay at another place again because nothing will be as nice as this. We’ve been all over VA, MD, DC, PA, NY staying at different B&Bs but none compare to this place. It’s truly exceptional. I was having sensory overload with the beauty of it all. I’m so happy to have found this place to get away.

I just returned from the most amazing weekend spent at Glen Gordon Manor. Magnificent and charming place in every aspect. A must go to for anyone in DC looking for a getaway. You would be a fool not to indulge in the 5 course diner offered by the chef owner of the Manor. Trained at the CIA, he worked and owned some of the best restaurants around the globe is now so accessible in our backyard. I can't wait to return.

We had a fabulous time at the inn. It was truly rejuvenating due to the quiet and serene environment including gourmet food and drinks. The 5-course dinner was a memorable experience with a different wine with each course. Though it's pricey the experience is worth it. Other than a couple of bulbs that were out and a little difficult-to-operate shower, no issues to mention. We will visit again and will recommend to our friends.

My wife and I had a wonderful time there. Everyone was great, the Bed and Breakfast was wonderful, and the food (at the Houndstooth Restaurant) was just incredible! There was not one bite of food that wasn't fabulous. Great place to relax or as a spot to explore the surrounding areas, including Skyline Drive.
We will definitely be back!

Our anniversary stay at Glen Gordon Manor was absolutely lovely. The extra hot (and delicious) coffee delivered to our room in the early morning was an especially nice touch and made for a enjoyable hour outside on the back deck drinking in the sounds of nature and watching the day evolve. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful and tasty! The staff was courteous and pleasant. Everything was clean, tidy and charming. Comfort at it's finest!
