(April 17, 2018, 12:55 am)Whether you are looking for a night out, a weekend a way, or traveling a distance, Glen Gordon Manor and Houndstooth Restaurant is a destination you have to try. Chef Dayn Smith is incredible and his food is amazing. We did the wine pairings with our five course meal and it was superb. The chilled spring pea soup with orzo and crab meat was surprising and refreshing. We also had roasted tenderloin and braised short rib that was so tender. They paired amazing and both just melted in your mouth. But, my favorite was dessert, you should just go there to find out!
The staff made the meal even more enjoyable, they were just amazing; incredibly sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable about the food.
