Lanza's Ristorante

Address: 1020 Lawrence St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“The staff are very polite, friendly and professional. The setting is romantic and the food is absolutely the best Italian cuisine I've ever had. Right down to their minestrone soup. Their roll are home made and hand rolled, they are soft, warm and chewy. Their marinara sauce is perfect and their meatballs are delicious. Their cream sauce is absolutely incredible! The flavor profile is like nothing I've ever tasted before. Their tiramisu is delicious, like eating a cappuccino cake with delicious custard on top. Lanza's has become my #1 favorite Italian restaurant and I highly recommend it!”

“Place was GREAT! Excellent burgers, pretty good beer selection. We had a designated driver NOT DRINKING ... and he had a couple Cokes. Unfortunately he was charged for those ... $2 a pop. Charged for 'designated driver' pops. That came out of servers tip. So Im sure she felt screwed. Maybe next time .....”

“Fantastic food and incredible service. Asked us ahead of time if we had any troubles with what was in the food and when the food did come, it was delicious and filling. The chef even came out to say hi and make sure everything tasted alright. After the meal they came out and gave us some orange slices which was ripe and a good finish to the meal. I would highly recommend this place for it's service and food. It's on the water too so you get a good view too! Edit: They also brought hot towels to clean our hands in case it got messy. Again incredible service!”

Doc's Marina Grill in Port Townsend

Address: 141 Hudson St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“As always, our favorite place for date night. I branched out this evening and tried something new. I'm not sorry I did but the clams were so sandy it was really difficult to enjoy the rest after chewing so much sand. The broccolini was cooked to perfection and the rice pilaf was far too salty. I'm not usually picky or critical of foods but it was clear the cook had an off night. I'll stick to my normal order next time the tried and true fish and chips. Service is always so great and ambiance is perfect for us.”

Finistère

Address: 1025 Lawrence St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“With a bistro type feel Finistère has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The waitress made a specialty tea blend of peppermint, chamomile and ginger for me. The buttermilk pancakes I ordered were surprisingly delicious, thick, light and fluffy with a slight crisp outer edge. Topped with actual real maple syrup made the dish perfect. The eggs in purgatory was very flavorful and paired well with grilled sourdough toast. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very attentive at topping off the beverages. This is definitely a must try place to visit.”

Banana Leaf Thai Bistro

Meal takeaway Restaurant

“Good Thai fare, typical dishes, the duck was good but overcooked and a bit dry. Careful ordering spice levels, Banana Leaf idea of mild can still be 4 alarm fire. I usually get a 3/5 spice level, here I order 1/5.”

“Loved this cafe!! 3 of us girls had a great get away to P.T. for the weekend and this is our favorite breakfast place. The food is delicious, fresh ingredients and perfect serving size. I had the vegetable quiche with fresh fruit and a mocha. Even my coffee was perfect, way better than a Starbucks!!! Will always include a meal here when we visit this lovely city!!”

Fountain Cafe

“So, so good. Adorable place in Port Townsend. Is it Italian? Is it Mexican? It is both! I had the pasta special, with vodka sauce. Terrific. Also had the clams and mussels appetizer. The broth was outstanding, and made for exquisite continuous bread dipping. Also a really strong wine selection, for a place this size. Wait staff was also top class as well. Highly highly recommend”

Tommyknocker's Cornish Pasty

This time I got the new chicken ricotta pasty and my husband got his usual and favorite the traditional steak. My daughter had the flatbread pizza. Everyone loved everything as usual! Always good and consistent. Service is quick and the staff is super friendly. Place is kept very clean and tidy. Love coming here and you will too.”

Port Townsend Vineyards' Water Street Wine Bar

Address: 725 Water St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“The first time we tried to come here it was packed full but I'm so happy we got to try it out last month. We had the cabernet savignon and it was smooth, light, yet flavorful. We had the lamb street tacos (locally sourced) and were very satisfied with the taste, presentation, and portions. Wait staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. For now it is a small venue but they hope to expand and also add beer to the menu. And in the summer the patio is a plus!”

The Tin Brick

“Amazing food and experience. Great ambiance, very Italian coastal restaurant feel. Great selection of wines if you're into that, and nice decor. Had the lamb burger and was one of those meals I was sad to finish. Next time I'm in this town I'm coming back, and that's a promise.”

Hanazono Asian Noodle

Address: 225 Taylor St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“I found this gem through a friend...so glad she shared. I usually sit at the long bar counter as there is rarely a wait to be seated there!! Plus, the bonus of the aromas as food is being prepared. If I weren't so vertically challenged at 5'3" I would be able to watch as well...alas, if I sit up very straight I catch glimpses of rhythmic dexterity in those hands who create the art that tastes fantastic! Best to not be in a rush...sit, savor and enjoy this experience.”

Nifty Fiftys

Address: 817 Water St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“Great place to take a family. Soda fountain style diner. Milkshakes are always good! My daughter loves place and their old fashioned shakes. Happy daughter, happy parents.”

Sirens

Address: 823 Water St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“Their food and drinks were okay and definitely not worth the price. However I did love seeing a band play there. Super tiny stage but they made it work and they sounded amazing! Also this place is on the water so you have a great view during the day.”

Cellar Door

Address: 940 Water St #1, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Night club Restaurant

“This place was excellent. My friend and I were looking for a place with some food and drinks, possibly some music, but we were pleasantly surprise. Walking down the steps to the basement bar, really made me feel like I was stepping down into a speakeasy of the past. Once down below, the mood and atmosphere were cool and comfortable, with a new age vibe. The decor is minimalist, but unique, and it invites you in like your old grandfathers smoking chair. My friend and I sat at the bar and ordered a couple of cocktails, some steak sandwiches and settled in for some music. The cocktails were exquisite and the steak sandwiches were exactly what we needed. We ended up staying for a while longer chatting with some new friends we made, and when the music went on, it wasn’t my favorite, but I was entertained. If you’rel looking for a cool place for some fantastic cocktails, music, food and relaxing atmosphere check this place out. It even accommodates the quieter types with a lovely lounge in the back, where you can sit and have a private conversation. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.”

Hillbottom Pie

Address: 215 Tyler St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“Honestly, as soon soon as I walked into this place, I smelled the love that goes into everything that happened there. I went into there with a recommendation from a good friend for their pizza, but the passion was immediately clear once I tasted their food. The ingredient quality is quite apparently above standard, the preparation is immaculate, and the staff are eager to put said food into your face. What a treat! I will be returning for their other food options, but honestly, their pizza was divine! Mastery.”

Sirens' Seafood Bar

Address: 140 Taylor St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“The food was really good, not sure why it has any bad reviews. We will be back for sure, we all had seafood and it was all wonderful. It also has great views from the outside seating.”

Owl Sprit Cafe

Address: 218 Polk St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“So we stopped in hear for an early dinner and I was very impressed. I should have taken photos of the inside because when we got there almost no one was there by the time we finished there were no empty tables. So what you really want to know about is the food. In my picture here is an order of sweet potato Fry's on the left and their spicy ham and cheese sandwich. The Fry's have a lovely spicy mayo dip and unlike most sweet potato fries are breaded. The sweet smell of the fries with the spicy mayo was a great combination. Now for the main course. This sandwich surprised me. To start my wife picked this place specifically because that had a vegetarian Berger and the large number of vegetarian and vegan food options didn't leave me super hopeful for the ham sandwich. However I really enjoyed the sandwich the ham that they used was a nice thick cut from good ham not your standard deli ham. This ham just easily pulled apart and tasted great with the cheese and the light spice of the sauce. They only downside of this is the bread ended up a little to crisp from the cooking process for my taste but still it was great and I was totally full after. Fries = delicious Spicy ham and cheese = ham fantastic bread was a little crisp For those wondering my wife had a Portobello Berger she loved it we shared the order of fries.”

Waterfront Pizza

Address: 951 Water St, Port Townsend, WA 98368, USA

Restaurant

“So me and the wife wanted pizza and this was the first place that popped up on our maps. It had great ratings and reviews and since we live in Silverdale we decided might as well! We get here and it's packed! The line downstairs was long! The line down stairs is by the slice and upstairs dining you get your full size pizza. So we walked around a bit and came back got a table and let me tell you the smell of this place can be smelled at least a block away. You know anywhere you go pizza smell is the best, it just makes you crave pizza. But this was way different...oh man were we ready! BEST! PIZZA! I! HAVE! HAD! Oh we will be coming back.”
