“This place is quite groovy. Pretty good bagels and kind staff. Not the cheapest place in the world but not bad either. There's a reason there aren't that many bagel shops. It's very hard to pull off but the Woodinville bagel factory does a pretty good job.”

“It is a charming little coffee shop/cafe. It is close to hospital that I go to every 6 months for an IV infusion for a neurological disease I have. Those infusions last 6 hours, and typically whoever brings me goes to get me breakfast while I'm at the hospital. Today was the first time I physically went in myself, and it was very welcoming and comfortable. They have fresh baked goods, scones, brownies, several bagel options, breakfast sandwiches, etc. They also have a fairly varied drink menu with all the usual coffee shop drinks, plus smoothies, frappe's, and other seasonal offerings. We placed a rather large order and the woman working there alone was very accommodating and efficient. It is wheelchair accessible but a small interior so probably not ideal for larger groups. Lovely food and drinks and service. :)”

“This is a great no-frills place for coffee and food! In my (our) experience, we originally went to the shoppe across the way since my mate likes their chocolate varieties. I was on the hunt for cold-brew, and the guy over there quickly responded 'no' to that option. We were also hungry but there weren't much options there. We decided to wander back over to the Urban Bakery, and I inquired again about cold brew. They didn't have it either, but what stood out about this instance, was that the girl actually offered an alternative with an iced Americano! I agreed to that option, and added a shot. My partner then decided to order a half-sammich and I went with the avocado toast. The girl handed me a plain slab of toast with avocado, and pointed me to the myriad of seasonings available for me to decorate my toast! Thankfully I have had seasoned avocado toast before, so I happily seasoned it to the best of my memory (and now I know what the other place uses!) I am so happy we came here, especially after making eye contact with the girl as we passed by the first time ???? This place is great! There are so many food options too, I am very impressed.”

“It’s tough to find places that do breakfast and coffee properly. I can confirm this location does! The coffee was really great, I got a mocha and was impressed. The food was amazing. I’ve never thought of putting eggs Benedict over hash browns and I probably am going to do that soon. The salad was great too. Staff was friendly. I likely will return here! Oh and the cookies are very good! Half price cookies on Tuesdays ????????”

“Pricey but worth every penny. Best bakery in the neighborhood!! And good on the environment as well. Super local community, friendly service, the freshest of bread!”

“More of a cafe than a bakery, but awesome none-the-less. I love their Como loaf, it’s almost buttery in taste like a Sourdough. They have a bunch of seats, but people tend to stay a while. Is a little pricey, but that’s a fresh food restaurant in Seattle for ya.”

“Amazing bread and nice owner. Great selections of delicious Persian desserts. The only reason I did not give them five stars Is the long waiting period to pick up the bread. Last time I went there I had to wait 30 minutes which is Waste of my time.”

“We love our Sunday’s at Sheri’s! This now going on it’s third year tradition has been built by the amazing staff and quality of meals. Their cracked pepper biscuits are always fresh, and they’ll even serve the gravy on the side for you. The coffee is always hot, and the staff is ever attentive to requests. Any team would be lucky to have the pleasant, task focused Misti and Hilary! Thank you all for making our Sunday outing an easy choice! Sylvia and Chris ^.^”

“This is a fantastic place to get tea/lattes, tea accessories or loose leaf! They have one of the best selections of both traditional teas and unique blends I've found in Seattle or Portland. Also, their food and pastries are similarly top-notch; even if you're not a big tea person, I'm sure you'll enjoy a nice bite!”

“Not quite what I was expecting.. it's essentially a small open kitchen bakery in the basement of a restaurant on Market St. The cashier was friendly and seemed aware the location was strange. I ordered the White Chocolate Guava Cheesecake and the Ube Cookie. The cheesecake was rich (5/5). The cookie was good too (4/5). I would go here again.”

“Coffee and food is great. Their savory waffles are to die for. After going once I went three more times within two weeks. Definitely plan to go again soon. They have some board games available, but all but the chess set are missing pieces. But still a good place to sit and eat and have a quiet conversation.”

“Yes! Authentic Japanese. I’m worried this review will make it impossible to eat here again, but it was really nice. Of course not like japan, but still of the sushi places in Seattle this was affordable and good! Sushi rice was very well done and the cuts were generous, but not repulsive. We will be back again. Gochisosamadeshita!”

“Great tea and coffee. Fabulous baked goods. I had a mini quiche which was also delectable. I love that you can get a pot of tea to sit and enjoy it. We stayed there until closing, and got a happy hour treat of reduced prices just before closing.”

“The staff are super sweet and fun. The food is to die for. That fruit tart was so good with the right fruits to complement each other. The sandwich was hot and ready within mins. If you're anywhere in the area this is the place to be!!”

“Savory scones (cheddar and onion) are to die for. And awesome hot chocolate is warm on chilly days. I have been there a few times and I have never been disappointed. They have a water station, too. They will warm your pastry up if you want. So good, I wish I could give it six stars.”

“Delicious baked goods. My kids loved all of them and their kid-temp hot chocolate, which was a nice touch. The favorite was the mango layer cake. It was strange that they were sold out of so many items, but it was only a couple hours before closing on a Sunday night, so I get it.”

“We arrived before a rush of people after us, and still the line moved along efficiently after we went through. There was a large selection of unique pastries, breads and sandwiches, and several excellent gluten-friendly options. We had the breakfast sandwiches on gluten-free Brazilian cheese bread, and they really hit the spot. The coffees have a wonderful aroma, and definitely stand out from other local shops. With many different options, the coffee isn’t bitter and has lots of options to choose from flavor and strength-wise. Seating inside is limited but we did find a table. The service was very friendly, fast and efficient.”

“BEST HAPPY HOUR!!!! We LOVE this place and have put this place permanently on our happy hour rotation. It's impossible for us to make it on the weekday so we take advantage of the weekend happy hour. Be warned that this place is always crowded and for good reason! Happy hour goes from 3-6pm then 9pm to close. They have a 5 dollar food menu! The first time we went, we thought these would be small bites and weren't that hungry so ordered 3 dishes for the two of us and asked the server "is this enough food?" To which he gave us a puzzled look and said yes unless you are expecting more people. Let me tell you that each dish was the size of a full meal and we couldn't finish everything despite our best efforts. And the food is good! My favorite dishes are the Sopitos and Torta! The drinks are a few bucks off as well and let me tell you - the margarita is STRONG! If you want a fun delicious cheap meal, COME HERE!”

“One of my favorite cafes in Seattle! You do not need to be a vegetarian/vegan to love the food here-- it's all amazing! I always get the Hippie bowl whenever I go and it does not disappoint!”

“The ambience is calm. So a good place to sit, and study/work. Didn't like the coffee though. The latte was not creamy enough...felt a bit watery. Maybe I should have tried some Turkish drink? P.S. The place is right opposite a bus stop (route number 1). P.S. When I went (early 2020), Yelp app gets you a 1$ discount on coffee here.”

“Cute and casual place to get breakfast, lunch or coffee. Very friendly staff and delicious food! Their clam chowder is excellent, as well as their sandwiches. I had their chai and it was very good! Nice and frothy on the top, perfect drinking temperature and amazing flavor! I recommend everyone to come here.”
