“Had a very good, though somewhat confusing, first experience here. Food was really good, and ready fast. The bacon burger was delicious: well prepared, good bacon, zesty spread. Fries were amazing, that double fried and seasoned kind. Got a cup of clam chowder (or maybe they gave me a bowl on accident, it seemed big!) which tasted a lot better than it looked (watery). And a delicious chocolate shake, which was just a little too thick. Though I counted 5 staff that popped up at various points throughout the visit (a manager type, an owner type that randomly popped in and poked around and several kitchen and counter staff) it felt deserted in there almost the whole time I was there. Maybe its the gigantic menu that separates the dining area from the staff area. It seemed like the staff may not be able to see each other either - took a minute or so for someone to spot me, look around for someone else to help me and then end up helping me themselves. Whatever, small gripe, just one of those things that stood out. The ambiance was nice as well, they played 80s rock on the speakers, they had a local soda company at the fountain (but for us big brand fans, they had those in a nearby cooler). I had the place to myself most of the time I was there, save for a period where a man on the phone came in. He spoke the whole time he was there, and he was selling things, felt like I was listening to a commercial over the music. It was a slow hour. I'd long disregarded that little red building in Ballard, but now that I've been, I'll definitely come here again.”

“Awesome neighborhood bar, unpretentious, and fun. They serve standard bar food... Chicken strips, tots, sandwiches... All of it good. Most nights feature karaoke, which people actually participate in. It's the kind of place where someone does Sweet Caroline and most of the bar sings along with the chorus. The bartenders are all awesome. Let them pick a song off the touchtunes player. They deserve it! In particular I want to call out the main night crew... Shane, Craig, JT, Tonya and Kari. The 5 of them are a literal downtown Redmond institution. You could not ask for better bartenders. It's like rolling up to Cheers and getting served by Sam and Diane. Make this a regular place and you'll be happy you did.”

“The definition of a VIP experience. This is my favorite theater I've ever been to as you can dine and drink while watching the movie. There is a private server that will take your orders before and during the movie making things very convenient. The seats are suede and have an electronic button where you can adjust your seating. Plus, for every seat there is a blanket you can pull out from the chair. The only downside is you're definitely paying a premium for the service and quality, but worth the experience!”

“So delicious!! Went here for the first time on Valentines Day so it was busy to say the least! Our food came out promptly but we never felt rushed & our service was perfect! I wish I remembered our servers name- he was fantastic and very knowledgeable! We really enjoyed the bacon-wrapped scallops & lobster mashed potatoes. Both our steaks were cooked perfectly too. They ask you to cut it open when they deliver it to ensure it’s cooked properly which is a nice touch... there’s nothing worse than an overcooked steak!! They also have a very large wine list with a diverse range of prices to fit your price point. Overall, a lovely evening & I’m sure we will return!”

“This is my go-to spot when guests come to the area and we need late night food. Ba Bar is great any time, but unbeatable after 10p. The menu is delicious and there's something for everyone. The ingredients are well-sourced; I'm especially grateful for the ethical meat sourcing. The beer and cocktail menu is also good, they make a mean Moscow Mule and have some lovely inventions. Service can be slow on rare occasions, and I've had less success ordering standard cocktails, I suggest sticking to the awesome ones on their menu.”

Good luck finding street parking in front during the weekdays. The place is packed but worth it. Thankfully, there is parking behind in the hotel labeled for Monsoon parking patrons but be careful, there are height restrictions. I had the Combo Vermicelli when I went with my team and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. When I went with my family for Dim Sum brunch on a Saturday, I tried their French Toast and it was to die for. It was fluffy with a crepe like texture along with fresh fruits and whipped cream. It was so nice looking that I almost was afraid to eat it but glad I did. Not one person in my party went away disappointed. The prices are moderate but when you compare the quality, you can't beat it. The waitress was professional and got our orders correct the first time. Highly recommend if you are in Bellevue, WA.”

“A friend and I went. He had been there before I hadn't. The food was very very good. The server and wait staff were all really nice and friendly. I had steak and it was cooked just right. The sides we shared were good. The place was very clean and our server was great, offering fresh ground pepper on everything. And when we ordered dessert she scrapped the table off with a metal thing. I thought it was cool, but I also don't eat out much. Let alone to places of that quality. Our water glasses were topped off often. And never allowed to empty. When I was walking out the staff thanked me and said to have a good night. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. “Attended a ska concert at the Royal Room, had dinner and drinks with a super fun time on the side! I had yam chips and beef stew to eat and both were the perfect fuel to dance the night away. Wait staff did an outstanding job navigating the crowd! The bar filled up fast, but everyone in attendance was friendly and polite which is a make-or-break in my opinion. “West Seattle Bowl has many strengths and is one of my favorite bowling alleys anywhere. The old lanes have been maintained very well. The ball return and pin setters work well. There is a bar and a good restaurant and you can order from the lanes. There is a full service pro shop open during working hours. The staff is excellent. On Sun - Thurs, there are deals for cheap late night bowling if you really want to get some practice. Highly recommend if you bowl a lot. For social bowlers, there are a large selection of leagues you can join. You can reserve lane times online if you want to plan ahead on a tight schedule.”
