“I almost never write reviews but I just had a really lovely experience here. I went through the drive thru around 11pm on a Monday night, and when I got to the window the guy let me know that they actually didn’t have the black beans I asked for. Totally fine, not a big deal. But just because they were out and I had to wait a little longer, the guy at the counter offered me a soda and a couple extra Cinnabon’s. I didn’t have the best day so this was very nice and unexpected! Didn’t get his name but it was a great example of customer service.”

“My husband and me just ate here for the first time and I was pretty worried going in because I felt like we were taking a chance on it and I hate being disappointed after trying a new place BUT we were surprised and we fell in love with this sushi restaurant. The food was delicious AND their service was amazing! Before the front door even closed we were acknowledged and shown a booth to sit at which was very impressed! The restaurant is also super clean and well kept. Bathrooms are clean and hygienic. The sushi chefs prepare their food very well and their presentation is impressive. The chef delivered our food personally and that impressed me too! The sushi was just so good and so fresh! I savored every bite and even closed my eyes to enjoy the flavor. We also ordered fried rice and it was very great too. The rice also tasted fresh and the vegetables tasted fresh and not like they were out of a can or something. Again the service was amazing, our waitress came to check up on us multiple times and my water glass was repeatedly filled! Overall, Mori Sushi & Bento restaurant made a lasting positive impression on us and we definitely plan on returning when our next sushi craving hits! Brava and please keep up the great work!!”

You can get food prepared to-go really quickly when you call, in about 10-15 minutes. They have comfortable booths to eat-in with your family. I can't recommend this place enough, one of my favorites.”

“The double bloody Mary was great. I got the half order of biscuits and gravy. It's different, but delicious. The biscuit was the thick doughy kind and the gravy was very rich with sausage, I think ham (some kind of small diced meat anyway), and onions. Very satisfying. “Good pizza never had a problem with pizza.. Its trying to call one in that is the problem. During peak hours when they are the busiest they need some one on the phones FULL TIME!! Just when its the busiest. When the phone does not get answered we go elsewhere and not happy. This means its not managed well. Customers want to put order in over the phone and not the web GET A CLUE!! ANSWER THE PHONE!! I WANT TO PUT MY ORDER IN ... THEN COME PICK IT UP ...I DONT WANT TO ORDER AT THE SHOP BECAUSE THEN I HAVE TO WAIT IN THE CAR OR SHOP TILL ITS DONE. GET A CLUE!!!!”

“While looking for a place to eat this morning, we came upon this very pleasant establishment. It sits on moorings above the bay waters. Views of the mountains around Poulsbo are stunning to see from the inside of the restaurant. For brunch we both had their take on a "Breakfast Burrito," and I partook of an Irish Coffee. All in all it was a good morning for good eats and a good adventure. Our tummies were full. We'll definitely be returning sometime soon.”

“We've talked about going here and finally stopped in for a late lunch. It's wasn't busy and we were seated right away. Atmosphere/Ambiance: The layout is a bit odd but everything is quaint and decorated with an Italian vibe. Server came by and lit the table candle to add some extra flair. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Initial Service: Drink and appetizer order was taken quickly and came out is a reasonable time. Server was friendly and appropriately attentive. Food: Lunch menu is typical Italian fare but offers a decent variety and selection. Server took lunch order promptly and food was served hot and timely. I really enjoyed the wood-fired pizza, the goat cheese made a big difference, my wife said the ravioli was so-so and wouldn't order it again. Lunch prices were typical and ran $50 for two, including drinks, appetizer and entrees. Overall: I was more impressed than my wife, but she didn't say she didn't want to come back. I rated it 4 stars but this initial visit was more a 3.5. We'll come back for dinner to get a better idea.”

“Mora Iced Creamery is a must-visit if in the area. I visited Poulsbo on a Saturday evening and was happy to find them still open. They have a plethora of flavors and after sampling a couple flavors I went with the seasonal cardamom flavor because it’s one of my favorite spices. The cardamom flavor was spicy yet bright like lemon and it was plainly obvious they used real cardamom in flavoring the ice cream. I hope to visit again or the other locations in the future.”

“First time here and we enjoyed our meal. We were a party of 4 and all ordered something different. I had the burger and fries. It was tasty and well prepared. The roasted chicken was tender and super moist. The Cottage Pie (?) Looked hearty and just right for a winter meal. I'll try that next time. The only blemish on our meal was dessert. We ordered chocolate cake and ice cream and the cake was inedible. All 4 of us agreed. It was like a very bad gluten free or was very old. It was removed from our checks with no problems. The prices are a bit high but good food and service.”

“Very good service, decent food for fast food. The interior building is kept pretty cold during the summer, to the point I find it uncomfortable. The outdoor seating is right next to the drive-through with only a few snark trees between. Even still, outdoor seating is nice and I generally choose it over the frigid interior. Speaking of cold, their hot food becomes awful cold. It's pretty okay hot, but absolutely terrible cold. Eat quickly.”

We went on Valentine's day night and waited an hour for a table and another hour for our food...but it was worth the wait.
