“Amazing! Truly amazing. This place has incredible INCREDIBLE quality food and beer. Seriously mind blowing how they can pump out food like this in seemingly the middle of nowhere. Be prepared for a cute dog to greet you and a very family friendly vibe. Workers and customers all having fun. I LOVE this place and am so happy. Just passing through but we will be back again!”

“Absolutely loved this place, it reminded me of a restaurant that would be in a big city. I dug the vibe of the decor (art & plants, two of my favorite things) as well as the charm of the employees. Our meal was not only visually satisfying, but also delightful on the palate. My husband was enamored with the purple cauliflower (and the other veggies) which is not something I ever would have expected, but the taste was so sublime that it won him over to the wonders of perfectly cooked veg. I will 100% be back again!”

“They do a great job working with me to make a my low carb Americano. I find that Indulgences staff is always friendly. My husband likes their breakfast sandwich and molasses cookies.”

“Friendly service and good food. My wife and I stopped here on our way from Seattle to Spokane. We didn’t see many options in Coulee City, but we decided to stop here for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. Lots of milk options for coffee, and delicious gluten free options. I got the chicken caesar wrap. Light, fresh, and tasty! Definitely recommend!”

“A treasure for a local diner. The place is small and packed with locals for good reason. It is closed on Mondays, or I would have returned this morning. Great food. There's an extensive menus for such a small place. The service doesn't get any better than this. Love the staff here, after only one visit.”

“A little spendy $10 for a cheeseburger wasn't real big but it was very tasty!! The clerk was very nice, funny and informative. She even came outside and sat at the picnic table with me and kept me company while I ate, had a very nice conversation as if we had known each other for years 1t was late at night and business was very slow off course ! Never caught her name but very nice 🌝”

“The coffee drinks and baked goods at this place are amazing! The vibe is cozy and friendly. If ordering a food item not helpfully labeled “Quick Bite,” be prepared to wait a bit during peak times. The waffle was very good. The scrambled eggs were not very good (over cooked and under seasoned) and the eggs Benedict was ok. The hollandaise was super thin and an odd white color with not a lot of flavor. I imagine some of their more specialty items like the “Bomb-mi,” pho, and clam chowder are better, so this is something of a hopeful 4 star review. Will definitely come back to try other menu items.”

“I was in town to attend concerts at the Gorge and kept passing the Red Silo. How stylish and appealing. I stopped by and had a Mocha and it was great. She also made a Strawberry - Banana Smoothie for my sis. She said it was the best smoothie she’s ever had. The young lady working was so nice and efficient. I’d be a regular if I lived in the area. Keep it up you have a great business.”

“This place was amazing. Had the baked oatmeal and OMG was it good. Amazing hearts own an operate this place. And they give back to there community and serve those less fortunate with their giving wall. A $2 dollar ticket buys a sandwich or coffee for someone in need. Amazing way to show unconditional love as God intended us to be for someone in need. This is our new regular hot spot! Please go check it out. I promise you will not be disappointed!”

“I had the chicken fried steak. Large helping, a little bit too soggy. I had their cheddar cheese and chive biscuit which was delicious. It's cool that they had lots of sauces at the table and everything one would need while eating a meal. Waitress was great and a cute little place!”

“Very good place for delicious breakfast and coffee. I love their rustic interior design, especially solid wood tables. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you're in downtown of Everett I highly recommend stopping by here.”

“I like many others who have written reviews on here, have eaten here many many times. I considered the chimacum cafe the best place to eat in Jefferson county. I kind of consider it a family coffee shop. Not a typical big city restaurant where you have to dress up. It's just a place where us locals get together have a meal talk with friends and leave the table feeling so full that you can't move. Of course there's times when the service isn't going to be that great for one reason or another. I've been there had great service when the place was packed and people were waiting to get in. I've had terrible service when the place was packed. I've had the best service ever when no one was in the restaurant. And sometimes the food has been so amazing and it was like going to your grandma's on a Sunday afternoon for dinner. Other times it was sort of like the discount from the freezer and you're just heating it up for me? But generally I would say the food is pretty good. I know the breakfast portions are ginormous. And the pie is so good. I don't know why it's being so maybe the business just wasn't there it took a big hit during the beginning of the pandemic and that's really sad because we love this place. And I hope that whoever gets it will continue the family style dining and keep it local keep it warm keep it friendly because we need that.”

“Danny and Paloma are very skilled and professional. I'm always happy with my haircut. I like that they use organic lines that are less harsh on your hair. Can't wait for the coffee var to be open again when they are done with remodeling. It's nice to relax with a cup of coffee while you're waiting for the color to set :)”

“So simple and convenient! Yeah, it’s basically a gas station convenience store, but the convenience and the deli are big advantages. Not to mention they have a top tier icee machine. A pretty solid little store and definitely a unique experience! Simply amazing!”

“I was visiting my mom & we went to the lil restaurant in the bakery. We didn't know it closed at 3:30 that day, (got there at 3), but the staff was so nice about it! My mom had a Ruben sandwich & I had a chicken salad sandwich, both fantastic! Their bread is amazing!! If you are a bread lover, you must try their bread!! Great place that I will visit again!”

“Had to post an edit to my earlier review! My husband and I just enjoyed a marvelous, cook at home meal from the Bistro to celebrate Christmas. The directions were easy, they were able to accommodate allergies, and the food was a highlight of the day. Thank you so much, for making our Christmas extra Merry when we needed it most. Like everything the Bistro does, we are continually impressed by the service, food, and atmosphere, even amongst the pandemic. Especially good for breakfast”

“Nice atmosphere inside, but woof it was hot in there! Granted, we are in the middle of a heat wave. The workers were very kind and friendly. My bro and I went in to get something to drink and I got an iced white mocha. It was much sweeter than I was expecting, but I'm a sweets fiend so I didn't mind. :P It was as if someone had taken an iced coffee from McDonald's and added an extra shot of sweetener to it. Overall it was nice! Very busy the day we went and seating was pretty limited; but, we still got seats and were able to relax for a bit.”

“Absolutely love this place! My Favorite drinks are their oat milk vanilla latte, steamed cold brew, or just a plain drip! The food is amazing too, the staff is so sweet, quick, and efficient. I work in the same complex and our patients rave about this location and love stopping in for coffee before or after appointments.”

“I really love the bowls here and I order all the time! I just have a couple suggestions: for the hefty price tag I’d really love it if my bowls were filled to the top each and every time. A couple inches short seems to be the norm 😞. The bowls do have a wonderful flavor though. Updated to five stars for super responsive management . My bowls are full these days. Plus I just love their bowls!!”

“Awesome restaurant. Homey farm view setting and delicious country fare. The homebrand is quality jellies, sauces and sauces that are very good with a wide selection. You get what you pay for. The produce is top notch but very expensive, cost higher than anywhere outside Whole Foods. Worth the stop for ice cream cones for sure.”

“What an amazing find while on a bicycle tour through the area. First of all, the proprietor and her daughter were such lovely people, taking great care of me as I took a much needed break from the road. And I was a mess after a few days on the road with no shower! They said they get bicycle tourists stopping by as they ride the Lewis & Clark Trail. The food was delicious, and the coffee was wonderful. They even filled my several water bottles for me - including ice. If you're in this area, no matter how you're travelling through, support this business. They also recommended Tacos Don Manuel to me, which is a Mexican restaurant next door. I didn't get a chance to try that as after my wonderful lunch I rode on to the East. This was a great revelation when I pulled up the hill off Hwy. 14 to see this place. I'm so glad I stopped in.”

“Their menu choices are plenty for breakfast or lunch & tasty! And the prices are pretty much average for this area. It's a good all-round friendly family diner!!”

“Been coming here for years and today was the first time the experience was unpleasant! Tall person in braids (they/them?) was barking orders to fellow staff. Not nicely or encouragingly. The gal that made my drink (perfectly) had just gotten barked at and her unhappiness was all over her face. If there is a problem with anyone's performance at Starbucks, the customer should NOT be hearing it loud and clear!!”

“Such a cute little restaurant on a peaceful neighborhood street in Ballard. I've only tried their breakfast items and every single one is exceptionally tasty! They happily make dietary adjustments without throwing a fuss. They have indoor and outdoor seating but very limited outdoor seating with I think just 2 tiny tables in the front for guests. This restaurant is literally inside a house and you would not know it without looking for it. My favorites are their South of the Border breakfast items. So fresh and yummy and you can tell that they use quality ingredients. I just wish they had an espresso machine to order London Fogs with my breakfast! Feels good to support a local restaurant that does a really good job in satisfying their customers!”
