“We went here Saturday afternoon for an early dinner. I must say, a little disappointed! It was not crowded, being in between lunch and dinner. We were seated right away, our drink order was taken and promptly brought to our table, but then the disappointment started. We ordered an appetizer and dinner, because we had enough time to decide what we wanted to eat. About 25 minutes later, we got the appetizer, then it was 40 minutes after that, we wondered where our food was? Finally, we asked about our dinner and they checked, less than 5 minutes, our food comes out. Sadly, it wasn’t brought out together. We got our fish, but no sides, about 10 minutes go by, then sides. I’m not sure what was going on in the kitchen, or where the manager was, but I’ve heard this is usually a great place to eat. We are not ones to complain, or want free stuff, just want good food, in a timely manner. Honestly, the food was very good, but the service was terrible and not so much as an apology. I think you can do better, an hour and 45 minutes, to get fried shrimp with fries is a bit ridiculous. Your management and staff should do a better job.”

“I cannot say enough good things about On Tap. But honestly, it's all because of Anne. My friend and I came here to do some catching up and we had the best time. Anne was quick, efficient, and attentive; but gave us space to talk and hangout. Our orders came out flawlessly. I even asked her to pick my beers out for me and I was never once disappointed. “Excellent food and even better staff. I got the BBQ chicken plate with black eyed peas and baked beans and it was fantastic. The banana pudding was a winner, too. “Came in near closing last week and everything was spectacular! The restaurant was super clean. Our food was delicious!!! Our server was the absolute BEST that we had to give him a big tip (hate I can’t remember his name). He made sure we were taken care of, answered questions we had, and constantly checked on us. The manager was great as well (young black guy). His approach was genuine and you could tell he really cared about making sure our experience was the best and it truly was! I Highly recommend this location!”

“Whew!! I loooove this place. I stopped in to grab some something to eat before my appointment at NailToepia. I had the Cuban sandwich and I was concerned about that honey mustard at first. When I took a bite into that sandwich I closed my eyes so tight that sandwich was GOOOOD! The bread was fluffy, the meat was nicely heated. It was really good and the atmosphere was clean, everyone was friendly. I’ll definitely be back!!”

“This was my second time having Post Office Pies pizza, my first time eating in (the Hoover location is the only one allowing dining in). My family and I was not disappointed. They use all fresh ingredients which was perfectly cook so the food taste way better eating in (fresh out the oven) compared to take out. On our visit, we had a cheese pizza for the children and the white pizza for my wife and I. The children also had the Mac & Cheese and I must say, sorry Chick-Fil-La, they have you beat. Our waiter was Harrison and he was terrific, ask for him. The bathrooms were not only clean, they are beautiful, for a public bathroom of course.”
