“I went to this place unexpectedly because Starbucks was closed down the street but I am so glad that I did their coffee is amazing they have a great selection but what really stood out to me was the customer service! Shelby really made us feel like family and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to make sure that everything was tasty. I had my kids with me and she even went out of her way to put whip cream on top of the waffles got my kids mini flags! “Every time I come here the coffee is consistently too dark. Tastes burnt almost. Regardless of the coffee, staff are very friendly and the orders do come out on time. Might suggest having more employees to clean up a bit more. “I just want to give a huge shout out to the gentlemen that helped me at this Starbucks. I am breastfeeding and my son has a milk protein allergy so I can’t have any kind of dairy and I explained that to him and he was so patient with explaining my options. He assured me he would make sure there was no cross contamination. Not only that but when I pulled up to the window he gave me more recommendations as to what to order for next time. It meant so much to me as this dairy free journey is new to me and it can get exhausting but I love my Starbucks so I can’t thank him enough for being patient and kind to me. I don’t remember his name. I wish I did. But he took my order on the drive thru at around 12:30 pm.”

“Placed an order on the Starbucks app for pick up on 1/30/22. After walking across the street from our hotel, we then noticed that this location was drive-thru only. I called the store to ask for our order while we were outside, not knowing that we accidentally chose the wrong store which was actually down the street! Javier came outside to tell us that they didn’t have our order, and to double check the order location on the mobile app. Once we checked, we realized our silly mistake! Kindly & graciously, Javier offered to make our exact order and it totally made our day! “Still one of my favorite indie coffee ☕️ houses in the Valley. Quality is still rock solid. However maybe Covid has impacted staffing or foot traffic. For now at Skywater no hot food prep. You can get pastry and limited cold prep nibbles. This location shuttered for a while during the height of the Omicron surge. Rumors afoot that staff was impacted and Press couldn't hire additional staff. Hope that biz will rebound. Please Buy Locally! We need quality versus quantity!”

“Haven't had a bad experience as other reviews say. Workers have been friendly and have yet to mess up. BUT it's true, they definitely have weird hours for undisclosed reasons. I didn't know that was possible for a Starbucks. Can be closed for a few days or week. Can have only drive through open. Other times it's like nothing happened. If you are in a rush don't stop here. If not, then go for it. It'll be like any other Starbucks.”

All the bakery goods are prepackaged individually like shown with the scone, I defiantly wouldn’t compare this place to any other coffee shop because 5 different ways to make 1 drink isn’t a coffee shop. The barrista did recommend a substitute when they were out of a specific ingredient and then without issue remade the drink when the substitute ended up not working out. Appreciated the efforts. “Dingle Berries. What an interesting name for such a lovely place. Their name is one of the reasons we decided to stop at this very, very, very, unique establishment. The owner (whom I assume and hope was the owner...if not Dingle Berries should give this woman a raise) went through all of the drinks with us and helped us decide which, of the dare I say, plethora, of drink options they had. We settled on a milk tea that had rose and watermelon cream on top. It was wild. The first sip, you really don't know what's happening, but it's a wonderful ride to be on. We also got a green milk tea with rose and a shot of espresso. WHAT?! It was delectable. Long story short, Dingle Berries is the real deal. Go there and you won't be disappointed.”
