I opted for their signature club sandwich, which was a perfect blend of flavors, and the tomato bisque on the side was fresh and vibrant. But the real star of the show was the dessert. Their homemade pastries are to die for, especially the bread pudding which was simply divine. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. “The place is clean and well lit, brightly colored, nice art on the walls. The lack of a front counter and ordering via phone only is a bit disconcerting and feels cheap considering the prices. Many people are going to have issues using this system. Everything is self-serve mostly. They seat you and bring you the food but thats about it. The chicken strips are large and tasted good. The French fries were not cooked properly, chewy and cold, not very high end, considering the prices. This was their first day, so I’m sure many things might change in the future. If they do and my next visit, if I visit, I’ll be sure to update this review or leave another one.”

“We’ve eaten here twice- Service has always been great and food was pretty good for a small town restaurant. Friday night all you can eat catfish was ALL we could eat! Fried pickles were good, pasta was good but very salty and very oniony! The bacon hamburger was good. Salmon was good but a little overcooked (thus dry).”

“Honestly, great truck stop. They are limited in space. The food is a bit over ok. There is just one bathroom for each men and women. You know what gets this place 5 stars? The people, 100%. “This little place was recommended by my mechanics. Not disappointed. I had a double order of biscuits & gravy. Good tasting and loaded with sausage chunks! They also have breakfast burritos, omelettes and breakfast sandwich. They also have a special of the day, such as tacos on Tuesday, Thursday spaghetti. The coffee is awesome. They also have t shirts, coffee mugs, pictures of local sites and art work for sale. I enjoyed a leisurely time. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended stop!”

“Super cute, clean, affordable, great service, friendly, great place to relax, breathe and have fun! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice balcony overlooking pool and wooded area. Fairly quiet especially considering they were sold out. The on-site restaurant/bar/registration desk is staffed by friendly knowledgeable people that make you feel like welcomed family. The food is delicious! And offers a wide variety of options. There is something for everyone. As a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have choices other than a salad. On Fridays and Saturdays they have live music in the evening on the outdoor deck. We were treated to an amazing performance! Great talent. On site they also have kayak and SUP excursions. We were shuttled to the white river and enjoyed a beautiful and fun trip down the river. Our trip was 2 days and so relaxing and fun. We can't wait to return. Thanks Wanderoo!”
