“I, eat pizza. I mean, I eat a lot if pizza. I was visiting the lovely city of Berkeley while doing some work. The place we we're staying was humble and within a nice walk of this restaurant. We walked in and we're promptly and properly greeted and sat down immediately. We ordered a large pepperoni and a pitcher of Stella. Happenstance would actually bring the food out before the beer. About 1 minute after ordering. Don't expect that. One bite, and I was hooked. I waited until the next morning to make the claim, but it was the best pizza I have ever had. Great service and we'll priced too.”

“I always love getting food from here! Everything I've gotten has been delicious, the store smells AMAZING, and everybody is very, very helpful. I order ahead online and pick up in store since I live forever away, and sometimes I'll get something extra while I'm there since they have whatever they didn't sell out of ahead of time in the front area as well. The samples are great too - I got to try their whey sports drink that I was on the fence about, and it was SO TASTY. When I go back to the gym after my upcoming surgery, I'm going to start buying it! I cannot recommend this place enough. I can't afford to buy from here nearly as often as I'd like, but occasionally I splurge when I can. If you can afford the cost of GOOD ingredients, treat yourself to amazingly tasty AND healthy food!”

“Great breakfast spot! The food is tasty, they have all the classic breakfasts along with some top notch breakfast sandwiches, and they have great seasonal specials. Large portions, the home fries are smaller, and as a result, nice and toasty. They use local eggs and care about their ingredients and their employees. I had a fresh baked maple bacon muffin AND the pear coffee cake, and both will not disappoint. The bacon muffin has a nice soft corn bread-like batter, slightly sweet from the maple but rich with thick candied bacon. Not just bacon on top, it's in the batter as well. The coffee cake was soft, crumbly, and smooth textured. The pear in it was a nice light touch. The coffee is good and strong but not too strong, good flavor. Service is incredibly friendly and quick despite the fact that they were bustling. There's a couple of outside shaded tables and inside there's booths and tables. I'm definitely coming back for more!”

“excellent! I liked the vegetarian momos even better than the chicken; the fried rice and chow mein was delicious as well- flavorful and lots of chicken. The two types of dipping sauces were also great. Parking was easy, and there is seating/tables outside. we came as a group after a hike in Tilden and were able to eat with our dogs next to us. The chefs/servers were gracious and hospitable, and we will definitely return.”

“This was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I got the Gastropub Burger, a 1/2 lb of Certified Angus Beef cooked medium, served on a pretzel bun and topped with provolone, bacon (perfectly cooked and flavored), a fried egg, and blackened potato chips. It was as red, juicy, and flavorful as you could wish. The steak fries were the Platonic ideal of steak fries. The chocolate milkshake (served with a spoon and with the extra in a blender cup, like it should be) was thick and rich. The atmosphere - wood tables and beams, with a roaring fire - was warm and comfortable, and the staff were smiling and hospitable. This place is exactly what a gourmet burger restaurant should be.”

“This is a cute place in Berkeley. The menu has a lot to choose from and you can satisfy almost every food preference (gluten free, keto, vegetarian, vegan, etc). I opted for the Philly crepe. Yum! The steak was perfectly cooked, the seasoning on point. The crepe was delicious. The salad was well dressed and fresh. I'd come back and explore their menu for sure!”

“I have been to their Ward St location many times. I know about K2, but it's something that I never care much for. Reason is due to items in plastic to go containers. Some sitting in warmer and some ro temperature. After finishing you feel guilty about having so many waste that goes in garbage. Today, I was under the weather and wanted soup. Shrimp tempura soba noodle soup was calling and I didn't waste time. It was fresh and hot with one shrimp and three pieces of veggie tempura. It was spectacular or close to it, but got the job done. Be on a lookout for special pricing after spending ten bucks or more. Anything with orange sticker is half price if your first purchase exceed ten or more.”
