“We made an impromptu stop at the "cookie mobile" while driving through town, and boy, we're glad we did. We bought one bag each of oatmeal cranberry and Russian tea cookies. These are distinctly different cookies, and both were delicious! I'm just sorry I live out of state.”

Lily's Wok

Address: 155 I St, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“Came here for the first time and love it, drove from Brookings and the family was so nice that they separated all the food so it would stay as fresh as possible. They put all the sauce on the side for me to add later. We ordered one of everything on the menu so we can try everything they had for the day! I was not disappointed, the food was still warm after a 45min drive due to traffic. The cheese puffs are so delicious, loved the beef and broccoli. Had the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and the spicy chicken as well as the prawns. Thank you so much for accommodating us since we came right when they were closing for lunch. We truly appreciate your hospitality and understanding. Will definitely be back again for another round of this delicious meal.”

Elises Eatery

Address: 1175 2nd St, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“Honestly walked in not expecting much from this place. Wanted just a quick burger and some fries. However, not only did i receive one of the best burgers i had in this long road trip of mine but also had awesome sweet potatoe fries and onion rings. The burgers were amazing and the service was awesome!!! Honestly there was a good selection of desserts as well but honestly the burgers filled me up. Was ready for a nap and i don't get full that easily. The western was my favorite out of the two but both were amazing. There is not many places i usually stop to get a bite to eat but this one is logged in to my next road trip. Keep it up and will soon be back with some homies and friends 😊”

Port O'Pints Brewing Co.

Address: 1215 Northcrest Dr, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

“Dive bar vibes. Rude bartender. Beers were a decent price. Beer cheese was delicious. Bartender was very rude to non-regulars. After our party ordered, she talked about us to the other customers. Very unprofessional. Pretzels got forgotten for one in our party but was taken care of once we made waiter aware. Updated: from 2 to 3 stars because the waiter was very nice and helpful. He deserves 5 stars.”

“Last night and previous day of 3 night say. Room was still superb. Used the jetted tub which relaxed my muscles from my adventures. Just heavenly. Staff always went above and out of their way to treat me like family. Everyone here from gardener, cleaning staff and front desk staff are the nicest people. If you have dogs you'll love this place they love dogs and the rooms have hardwood floors and tiles which is so nice for dogs and humans. Definitely a place I would stay again. Everyone in town was friendly and helpful too”

SeaQuake Brewing

Restaurant

“Wow! Just like everyone said, this is the spot. Some of the best food my family has had after traveling all over North America. Definitely want to make reservations but even without it only took maybe thirty minutes at 6:15. You also can get drinks while you wait. Alex, our server, was fantastic! My family and I couldn't have been more impressed with the food at this brewery. We spent way more last night in Newport Beach, and it was good but not as good as this. The nachos with blacked shrimp was the best nachos any of us had had. And we eat nachos a lot. "Snapper is amazing" my mom and everyone. This was the clear winner entree. "Best prepared breaded fried fish I've ever had" from my dad who orders fish and chips everywhere. Jalapeno soup was great, carrot soup was even better, but the clam chowder was pretty amazing, and we get that like every meal. Liked the beer as well, but the food was outstanding.”

“I had the Ruben with Cesar salad on the side and it was all extremely good. Their Cesar dressing has Anchovies in it which weren't noticeable but made for a great taste and I do love me a good salad. Wife had the Cranberry Chicken sandwich and it was even more amazing. Seemed like the spot all the locals came to as well so the place had a great vibe. Highly recommended.”

Cristina's

Restaurant

“It had been awhile since I had food so delicious I literally gobbled it down, but Cristina's is just that good! I had cheese enchiladas with red sauce and delicious rice and beans. The prices are great, the staff are polite and smiling, the atmosphere is cheerful. We were traveling through and now I can't wait to go back!”

Chart Room Restaurant

Address: 130 Anchor Way, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“I really enjoyed this fish place. It had its own unique old school tasting fish. The portion sizes were great so you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff were nice but didn’t come around enough if you needed anything. You also have a beautiful out of all windows here so that made it nice and relaxing. The sea lions right outside the door smell a lil so you sometimes catch wind of them. You can tell it’s a old restaurant but it fits in just right. I definitely loved it and want to go back.”

Schmidt's House of Jambalaya

Address: 110 Anchor Way, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“I had a wonderful visit at House of Jambalaya! Not only is their gluten free Jambalaya INCREDIBLE, they offer other gluten free options and the most delicious cider I’ve ever tasted (honey from Humboldt). The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is cozy, and during their busy dinner service the owner stopped to talk with me about how this restaurant was her and her husband’s dream. They opened a few days before COVID shut businesses down and I am so thankful they made it through because these kind folks are doing amazing things for their community. Support local business, pay them a visit! P.S. I got my order to go, so the picture does not quite represent the presentation.”

It’s one of the best Turkey I have ever get in my life. The meats is so soft, tender, and juice. The sauce is nice as well. The staffs are also very friendly.”

“Wow! 🤗 Cresent City is lucky to have this place! Excellent food, excellent service. The Surf and Turf curry fried rice, spice 5 was so flavorful, the beef tender, total flavor bomb. The Eggplant and Tofu (the special today) was something we've been looking for the last few years. Had this at a Vietnamese restaurant we loved but could not find again. If they have it you must get it. The mango sticky rice is the perfect desert to take home for later.”

The Apple Peddler Restaurant

Address: 308 US-101, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“Hi! I visited the Apple Peddler Restaurant this past summer and had such a welcoming and enjoyable experience! To start off, as soon as I walked in I felt like I was in a small pop up restaurant from the 80s, the vibe of this place was so fun. My family and I were seated and our waitress was this sweet and charming southern woman. She helped us pick some good stuff from the menu! I got the fish and chips with potato salad and it hit the spot. The fish was flaky and fresh, and tasted just right with lemon, vinegar, and tarter sauce. I also got to try some of their steak, pancakes, and salad. Everything tasted just right and made you feel nice and cozy inside the restaurant. Definitely give this place a try and I would recommend heading over to the Smith River afterwards! My favorite part about this place is the location and proximity to so many naturally beautiful scenic areas. Their napkins are also really cute ;)”

“1st time there was. Excellent pizza! This is were I will always get pizza in Crescent City. Awesome service from the cute lady at the drive-thru window that evening. On a day that was very busy for them. Update last 2 time there asked for lots of extra red sauce. But when we got home it was barley the regular amount of red sauce.”

Raliberto's Taco Shop

Address: 523 M St, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“We ate here twice and were pleased. The first time we ordered tacos. They were simple but tasty. The a la carte was around $3.50 each. Second time we ordered combo dishes. One had the two tacos with rice and beans. The other had taco and enchilada. The soft tacos were great. Again, simple but full of chicken. The hard shell taco was good. And the enchilada was almost perfect. Maybe could have used a little more sauce. Service was quick and we did not get sick. We ordered around 4:00 PM both times. So it was not busy. Didn’t take any photos.”

“This was the most amazing burger I have ever eaten. It’s called the BBQ smash burger. This is a true family business that is so inviting and Pleasant to be around. If you want really great food and fun people to be around then this is your spot.”

Marlo's Restaurant

Address: 383 M St, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“The waitress Was amazing and the food was amazing. I started with a Canoli, i definitely felt like the cream could have been thicker to enhance its quality, Then we got the Appetizer of Greek fries it was amazing and it was a huge amount as We shared. As we knew it the entrees came out my mother got the Kebab Combo to which she asked our waitress would it be enough and she responded that it was a decent amount. We are currently laughing about it. My brother got the big fat Greek burger with fried zucchini to which it tasted amazing as well my chicken parmesan. With those Greek fries we couldn't truly attempt to finish our meals but took it home instead. Huge portions and great quality and definitely up their with cost. Loved it.”

Toyama Sushi

Address: 389 M St #4118, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“Lovely people, waiter was friendly and attentive, but the food was not great. Got the chicken udon soup and the chicken was pale and rubbery. The soup itself was passable in the way instant noodles are. And the vegetables and add-ins were pretty bland. Another person got salmon which was firm and chewy. And an order of vegetable noodle soup had rather haphazardly chopped vegetables, with cabbages still clumped and wilted. Can't comment on the sushi, but I'd recommend avoiding the entrees.”

Burger King

Address: 1250 9th St, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“They would get 5 stars but super short handed most of the time. The cook dose the window, the inside cashiering and may have one additional person to assist him. Today I seen the place full of strangers working, it was odd not to see Him. Good food and coffee, ice cream is yummy too.”

Toreros Famosos

Address: 400 US-101, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“So far, the most authentic Mexican place I've been to in Crescent City. The meat had flavor, the menu had choices that remind me of La Pinata in the Bay Area, the portions were good. Prices I think were higher than the other Mexican restaurants in Crescent but to me well worth it. Our server was a sweet kid. Needs a little training on bringing plates with appetizers though. I think this is my new go to place for Mexican food. Very happy to have found it ☺️”

Fisherman's Restaurant

Address: 700 US-101, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“They deserve a 5/5; we were just a bit taken aback by prices (not being from this area). Anyway - easy to find, great service (Erin), fast and friendly. Local beer was a great price ($5) and we sampled 2 dark bitter stouts. There was a special of the day, $26.99 for fresh halibut fish and chips. We got 2. The fish was great; the fries were the best we'd had in years. 4 pieces of fish, some chips, a really nice dilly tartar sauce and a nice little coleslaw (too little; I love coleslaw but it was a standard little plastic cup size). It was just like....$72 (before tip) for 2 people to have lunch was higher than we expected (being from Canada that's like $100). But you know what? It was great. How many times are you in California? Tip well and be happy with a fantastic food experience. They have a little souvenir store, too. Menu prices and selection are current as of Sept 2022”

Aztec Grill

Address: 315 US-101, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Restaurant

“Great food as well as helpful, hardworking and friendly staff. Espanol friendly best "Mexican" restaurant in crescent city. Let me rephrase that "Americanized Mexican". Lol. Great spot nonetheless!”

Starbucks

Address: 450 US-101, Crescent City, CA 95531, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“The food and drink is typical of any Starbucks and the service is good. What this Starbucks seems to struggle with is enough staffing to keep both the inside and drive through running simultaneously. When they don't have enough staff they have to turn off their mobile order system, which is my main concern.”
