“Had a little issue with the cashier overcharging me on a dozen medium spice chicken wings. I tried to go about nicely but I became a Karen after getting frustrated. But she was really nice about it and refunded me the whole meal. I went back to Michindak after a concert at Immanuel church nearby. I gave her the money back because I felt bad for how I treated her or at least I tried but she kindly refused and instead gave me more money for the drinks I had bought with the meal. I left some of the money back in the tip jar. She said don't worry about it just cone back next time and she'll treat me right. Fantastic customer service. And phenomenal wings. “Overall: 4/5 (delivery) Pickled Radish ($2): Typically Korean Fried Chicken places come with pickled radish for free but here they charge for it. Small Gangnam Style Wings (8 pieces for $19): This was the best flavor to me. It's a black pepper sauce but it wasn't spicy. The toppings were definitely a nice bonus. Small Honey Garlic Wings (8 pieces for $19): This was a close second. It was also really good but I think it was a bit too sweet for me. Small Boneless Cheeseling (8 pieces for $19): This was the worse of the 3 flavors. The boneless part is good since they were huge chunks of chicken but there was barely any cheese powder which didn't really give it much flavor anyways. I needed sauce to eat this since it was too dry as well. Probably wouldn't order from this place again; there are better fried chicken places for sure.”

“Wow. This place is awwwwwwesome! I am a French toast connoisseur and this is outrageously delicious. Incredibly moist on the inside and the toppings are perfect. A super airy whipped cream. The crunchies bring it all together as the perfect complement to the moist bread. And the caramel sauce is other worldly. I remember watching the Rock do his cheat day on Instagram live. And he ate this absolutely massive piece of French toast. My wife and I were drooling at how good it looked. And then we walked into Brique and Daniel, the owner, tells me that his wife is the chef for the Rock! And she is the one who made that French toast! Run don’t walk to this place inside century city mall. They also have nailed the marketing Branding. Super chic and cool.”

“The first time I tried Napoli’s was at the Castle Park miniature golf course. It was a kid’s birthday and they ordered it to be delivered. It was very tasty and a bit fancy too. The salads were delicious. This was from the Burbank Blvd location. A couple of months later, I tried ordering from a pizza joint down the street, Nick’s. And the maps and online website kept giving me different info as to the name. So I call and come to find out that it is now Napoli’s pizza. And the same owner as the Burbank Blvd one. I was thrilled that they opened a closer location. We placed an order and I got to talking to the owner Edgar who was super nice and appreciative of his customers. It turns out he also used to own Big Mama’s and Papa’s so he knows a thing or two about running a pizza biz. If you sign up for texts you get weekly coupons you can use to get a discount. If you like fresh, high end pizza, then Napoli’s is for you. We’ve tried at least 5 different kinds. They were all delicious. The basturma was our favorite so far.”
