“Came in for dinner and had a great time and meal. The staff where great at helping with suggestions and overall taking care of our group. The tables along the window have a epic view right into the harbor and the sunset was just stunning. The atmosphere had a relaxing nice laid back feel but the food and service are more quickly upscale. The crispy chicken tacos hit the table quickly and felt as if they are made fresh to order. A nice bonus about this restaurant is they have their own parking lot making a visit simpler than most places in the area. I look forward to returning soon.”

“Amazing food and atmosphere. Would highly recommend booking a table at least a week in advance. This place gets packed!! Coming in without a reservation will yield you a 90 min wait time, actually amazing they can even do that. There is bar seating that’s is first come first service but it’s not easy scoring a seat! People tend to occupy their seats for a very long time, think north of 2 hours sometimes! Wait is worth it though. Drinks are amazing, service is prompt, the food is the real star. Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, shrimp ravioli were drool worthy, seared salmon was super different and delicious, gyoza were perfect and the crab cake too. I imagine anything you order here will be amazing, hard to pick a favorite.”

“Extraordinary Mexican food and vibe. Several margaritas to choose from and we had the "margarita flight" a selection of 4 flavors. All were very good and a bit on sweet side. The chef is serious about quality and presentation. We were there for happy hour menu on a Friday night. The chicharron and carnitas tacos were sophisticated and delicious. The enchiladas were excellent. Seating is cushy and a decor is unique with black lighting on mural wall paintings. Service was top notch and prices were reasonable. A large bar and separate outdoor seating is available.”

“We had a spectacular experience at the Chef’s Table last night. The food was superb, the staff was attentive and made us all feel welcome. The five star dining experience we wanted and needed in OC. Chef Zach is highly talented, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. We learned that the menu changes weekly, which showcases the chef’s brilliant creative expression. In addition, the food is sourced from a curated collection of local farmers, and even some of the wine pairings we enjoyed were limited edition in the US. Highly recommend this experience! “Finally had a chance to try this place and it was fantastic. Was completely tricked by the simple look of the outside. I was expecting a really small hole in the wall with little to no seating. I was completely wrong because they have plenty of seating along with a side patio. The food was very tasty and my chilaquiles had a very crunchy tortilla at the bottom which remained crispy to the last bite. I will be going back for lunch but be advised that they do NOT do dinner. This place is highly recommend”

Imaging eating this piping hot in the restaurant. Yes they are pricy but they are quality and not to be missed. I ordered one spicy and one original, think I liked the spicy one better but can't be 100% sure, I was on a chicken sandwich high and my judgment could have been off. I'm shook over here. We tried the Harvest Board (cured meats and cheese), Shermie salad, Seared Trout and Braised Short Rib. The trout and short ribs were especially good. Very tender and tasty.
