Had the burger and it was pretty tasty, we just mentioned to the waiter we were gonna share and he brought it out split on two plates, which was really nice. “Hometown restaurant for locals and guests and first timers. Nice portions and nice prices. Biscuits and gravy are very good, blueberry pancakes are filling, bacon not salty, coffee hot. Service is really great. Usually visit on weekdays and not very busy, this time on a Saturday morning around 9am and quite busy. Old fashioned bench seating is outdated but comfy. Although typically busy, it never seems crowded inside the Lobby. Lots of windows to see outside. The ceiling has a nice high quality avant garde custom finish. Good tunes. Parking in the lot, or 2 hrs free on Adams. Two of the Baristas who always shine here with exceptional customer service and a friendly smile are Paola & Alexia. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail and retail courtesy make buying a Black Grande Pike - a special part of the morning. “Yesterday was my 2nd time there. The first time we tried coffee and smoothie which were good. This time they had Turkish ice cream (last time they were out). We have tried and it is perfect. It is the closest one real Turkish ice cream you can find in San Diego. The flavors are real and tasty. Parking is problem as the shop is close to the beach. Will visit again!”

Me and my daughters came and ordered one of our favorites strawberry banana with peanut butter and pea protein. Pink flamingo and the green machine are also some smoothies I highly recommend. “This place is amazing! The variety of drinks is huge, plus they're customizable, so you can choose different kinds of boba or fruit jelly (like lychee) to add to your drinks. You choose the sweetness levels, so if you want a decadent drink or a barely sweetened drink, or even an unsweetened drink, that's entirely up to you! You even choose the amount of ice they put in your drinks. The place is small, but very nicely decorated with fun paintings. The location is great, too. I loved the drinks we tried, which were the Hokkaido Milk Tea with golden boba, and the Dragonfruit Mango Green Tea, but I can't wait to come back and try different flavors and different types of drinks. I definitely plan on coming back, and I highly recommend this place.”

Ordered Western bagel, amazed to see like 10 variety of bagels to choose from, there are mini ovens to bake the bagel, bagel turned out really good and warm. Then went to bill with the coupon and the staff behaviour suddenly changed as if They are giving it for free, came second time and same behaviour from staff. Staff can really need to improve on there attitude. The place is good, but staff behaviour is a minus for me. Bagel size is small, three variety of coffees to choose from. Taking out 2 star for staff.”

“Got the orange chicken combo with egg flower soup(so creamy) and the salt and pepper wings which are not pictured. The food was 10/10. Orange chicken was sweet and had juicy chicken. Everything was made fresh. Came out steaming hot. The salt and pepper chicken wings were to die for- chicken juicy and the extra seasoning on top was delicious. Got the 8 piece cream cheese wontons and those were good too! I would come here again, and i would bring the family next time too. More expensive than the last owners but you are given way more food and the food quality seems to be better. When we were done eating, the staff came and boxed our food up for us at our table, we didn’t even ask. Great hospitality, great food. What a hidden gem.”
