“Walked in the door at about 9am. A little difficult of a location to get in and out of. Everything was fresh and well presented. I had the egg white and avocado breakfast sandwich. The wife and little one ordered toasted bagels and cream cheese. I would order the breakfast sandwich again, but maybe just put a small dash of salt. The girls enjoyed their bagels. All in all a good experience.”

“I had a business meeting here. I only ordered idea tea but my guest order bagel sandwiches. Their food looked amazing. I was just coming from a lunch date so I did not eat. The place was clean and the service personnel were pleasant and nice. I was very cold. One of the table tops was so wobbly I tought it could drop on my foot. I found it hard to move between the tables. There were also several times we discussed the burnt smell and wondered what they kept burning in the kitchen. So, the food was good, the people were great but I am not eager to return.”

“I come here very very often, In fact when I come through the door they immediately start my order because they know what I like. Sure every now and then a bagel is slightly burnt when they get a new person, but the food is amazing and the staff is even better. I love this place and I’m probably going to go later today. I only wish they were open longer since I get off of school past closing. I love Aaron who always knows my name, order, and phone number. I love Miguel who always greets me on the way in. And the manager has treated me with beyond kindness, once I was a few dollars short and he said don’t worry about it and let me eat anyways! (Later I came back and gave him the rest that I didn’t have at first) This place is amazing.”

“First time in 20 years of eating at a Schlotzsky's that I've been disappointed. There are no Schlotzsky's in Pueblo so we came up to Colorado Springs to get this. The electronic board showed the ingredients for the veggie pizza as mushrooms and bell pepper. I mentioned to the counter person that I was dismayed that they changed their menu- she said they hadn't that the board was inaccurate. She read me the list of ingredients; cheese, basil pesto, black olives, onion, tomato, bell pepper, mushroom. I said great ordered with extra cheese and black olives. Paid for my extra toppings. My pizza came out lacking bell pepper and mushrooms. I asked the employees and they shrugged and said we're out. After having paid for extra toppings and double verified the toppings that was not really a great response. If you order a bacon cheeseburger and the restaurant is out of bacon and cheese you do expect them to let you know when you place your order or even to apologise as they bring you your food”

“Hands down one of the cutest and most delicious places to eat in Colorado Springs. I genuinely don’t know how they make their savory pies so flaky and buttery. Oftentimes, the pot pies come with gravy which...come on. Flaky crust, gravy, and handcrafted fillings? YUM. Not to mention their wide variety of Sweet Pies. Whilst sitting and enjoying my meal a very friendly girl came out and informed me that she made all the sweet pies (with the exception of training). That’s incredibly impressive. Plus, you know those pies were made with love. I DEFINITELY recommend if you’re near Garden of The Gods as a stop for amazing food.”

“Their bread, cake loafs/slices, chili, soups, and breakfast burritos are great. They are skimpy on their green chili sauce for the burrito and if you are a person who likes sauce, they charge extra for a very small portion. Considering the price of the burrito a small amount of extra sauce should not be an issue.The charge for the extra sauce is the reason I only rated four stars. Sandwiches are okay, but they are just Boars Head deli meats which I can buy at a local grocery store. It would be great to have real roast beef or turkey, that would be fabulous. I generally don’t buy sandwiches there, since I can make the same thing at home for less money.”

At checkout, it took longer than expected because they only had one person doing two jobs of checking out and seating new incoming people. “This Panera’s location seems to be struggling. For a long time, any time I ordered from here, I received consistent excellent service and wonderful food. In the last few months, twice, I got a call, on the day that I was to pick up a large order, telling me that they messed up and did not have enough bagels for the order. Both times, I was offered a partial order. Can you imagine, if I had ordered the food for a company brunch and I was left to scramble to find something else in one hour? I ordered days in advance, but only was told about their mistake about one hour before, my order was to be ready. The first time this happened, I let it go. Everyone makes mistakes, but for the same mistake to happen again, soon after the first time, is a major issue. Also, during the second call, I was told that I need to make large orders at least three days in advance. I had. The manager should have checked that before the call. He sounded like he was blaming me for their mistakes. This is not the great customer service that I am used to, at this location. On top of the ordering disasters, the last time that I went to this location, the bagels were so overcooked that I threw most away. I truly hope that this is a bump in the road and their consistent service and product will return to its formerly excellent levels. I really like the people that work here.”

“Dex’s Depot, oh man, let me tell ya!!! The wife and I went there for dinner the other night, and it was great! It felt like the old days, service was great and the pizza was even better! The home made sauce was plentiful and delicious. As well the sears tower pizza was piled high with meat and flavor. The wife had a sloppy joy and she was very pleased with it as well. Finally we started with an order of the honey bourbon fries, and those too were super tasty. We will be going back and I recommend anyone looking for some amazing pizza to do the same.”
