“I wanted to give Short Stop a higher review but it would honestly be a stretch. The cheeseburgers are dry and are made using lean beef, which adds to the dryness and lack of flavor. I'm not sure why you would use lean beef for a burger, but I'm guessing it's a cost savings thing. The fries are well cooked but could definitely benefit from a little more seasoning. I did not try anything else on the menu. Prices are fair. Overall I think Short Stop is a decent local burger option if you're in a hurry, just bring your own sauce.”

“What a great experience this was! They have digital menu boards that you order from as soon as you go in, and you get a table number and they deliver the food to your table! What!! They did forget a couple of things but I went up to the cashier counter and they were so helpful and nice. The restrooms and the entire restaurant were so clean. I would go out of my way to go back to this McDonalds! I wish they were all like this one!”

“Great food Great service. Many of my coworkers had raved about the food so I was excited to try it. I definitely wasnt let down. My daughter and I shared the fried cowboy stack and the All meat's plate it was great way sample a good portion of what they have to offer. The food was great but that wasn't the selling point for me. My daughter asked for milk and they had run out and without asking if we'd like something else the manager just ran out quickly and got some.I thought that was most definitely not necessary but amazing. Its hard to find a great place to eat that is family friendly. You guys are doing things right we will be back soon. ????”

“I had a HORRIBLE experience on January 26th. Called and told the manager there at the time what was wrong with my order. He had told me to give him my name and to come by so they could fix my order. I was happy with that. Came by a few days later and was told I had to call Monay through Friday, 8am - 4pm when the GM was in store because she was the only one who could do anything about it. So the next day I called at 3pm and she wasn't there. Luckily, Vera was and was awesome! Thank you for being THE ONLY ONE to help me. She had a smile on her face the whole time and made things right. I appreciate that she fixed the problem that she didn't create or had nothing to do with. I thank her for that.”

“This is THE BEST DAIRY QUEEN IN THE STATE, HANDS DOWN!!! The staff is absolutely amazing. Brian the owner is always extremely friendly. Lexi is always pleasant and hospitable. Everyone there remembers our orders and greets us by name. Peggy Sue for her first day was really happy and respectful to us. The cooks are always doing a great job keeping the food fresh. I thank Christian, Anthony, Rashad and Lexi for their great talents in the kitchen as well. It is absolutely unbelievable how well people are treated here as customers. To see the staff get along as great as they do with the teamwork they maintain as well is just amazing.”

“We ordered 4 racks of ribs for the Super Bowl and the food was fantastic. Our guests raved about the ribs, sauce and beans. Given that they are closed on Sunday the ribs were prepared on Saturday and I picked them up in the evening. They were stored in large aluminum pans and with the instructions given for reheating they turned out perfectly. Thanks for making our party Super!”

“Open, paved, free parking with handicap spots up by building. Wheelchair friendly parking and entrance. Gender specific restrooms that are wheelchair friendly. Restaurant is lit, clean, and welcoming. Had music overhead that was seasonal for Christmas and a bit too loud for my taste. There was no waiting when we went in, but quite a few people waiting when we left. Guess we hit the right time! Friendly hostess ushered us to our table and a waiter was available in less than two minutes. We were able to see Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from our table, so was a scenic view. Food was served quickly. It was hot and delicious. My steak was done a bit more than the 'medium' I ordered but was juicy, tender and delicious. Italian dishes and calamari were outstanding. The waiter was excellent. He checked us just right to be available but not a bother. Good here is not expensive, but very reasonable for a nice sit down meal. I would recommend the Olive Garden for a nice, unhurried meal.”

“I have never been to a Joe’s before but I was recommended it by some friends. I just want to say I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the staff! I never actually write reviews on this stuff but I left the restaurant with one practically written in my head. Our waitress Jade was everything you look for in a server (from a customers point of view.) Not only was she so incredibly kind to me and my family but she was very personable and easy to converse with. Unlike most experiences I’ve had at other restaurants our waitress really seemed like she enjoyed her job and wasn’t playing a “fake” personality to seem like it. Honestly Joe’s is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her. Kudos to this young woman for her skills, we need more people like her in this world!
