“Posa is a nicely curated restaurant with good quality fresh Italian fare. The service and staff are impeccable. The dishes are quite tasty and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. I like the atmosphere both in the restaurant at the kitchen bar and the cocktail bar. Be aware that this is an expensive restaurant. They also have a pizza oven that puts out a flavorful, but undercooked pizza. They need a real pizzaiolo if they want to serve good pizza. (see my pics)”

Good place for parties or large groups and very good for a large social meal, but wouldn't recommend for quality. 6/10 Varied food and nice hibachi, but not great quality. “Chef Luis is a great guy. My girlfriend and I just stumbled on to this town and came to eat here and Chef Luis came out to say hi and gave us an appetizer on the house. Such a nice guy. It turns out that the calamari was one of my girlfriend's favorite meals while visiting the States. She loved it. We both had a mix of food and some really good wine. The atmosphere here is very comfortable and full of locals, but everyone was very nice. Not pretentious as you might expect with a local joint. I can't wait to come back to New Canaan and this will be the first place we stop to eat when we do. Thanks Chef Luis!!!”
