“The restaurant is a gem for the street. It is consistently phenomenal (food and service). The loudness of the restaurant is a bit too high for something romantic. Definitely a go to when I'm thinking of places to go. When it's nice weather they open up the place and it is really a treat.”

“Love the concept, the execution is nearly perfect. A little confusing to where to sit or where to order but its worth it. The Bahn Mi sandwich is excellent, the well seasoned sausage is great but the star of the sandwich is the amazingly toasted french bread. House brewed coffee is okay but it gets the job done. Great place overall for breakfast and starting your day.”

“This place is incredible and highly underrated. Things to order: the soft pretzel appetizers with beer battered cheese. I usually just order this as my entire meal and order a warmed up homemade pop tart for dessert. The pop tarts are life changing and can be gotten to go. Decent cold but you'll be happier if you request that they warm it up for you.”

“Like a 7-11 on steroids, and I mean that in the best way. Clean. Fresh bagel and hoagie sandwiches made lickety split. Five or six varieties of hot coffee w/a well-stocked fixings bar. Grab and go yogurt, fruit, pastries, chips... Wawa hoopla? I'm in.”

“Black Coffee has hands down the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had, with some super tasty house fries to boot. There burger is also a really good option. They also have a great selection of sweets and absolutely know how to work their way around a good cup of coffee. This place is a fantastic choice for a solid bite.”

“Nice neighborhood deli and convenient store. Union Kitchen is a close replacement of Glen's Garden Market with ready to order sandwiches, fancy nitro coffee, friendly staff, and snacks galore! Despite its name, there's not a lot to choose from. There are shelves of chips and wine with a limited selection of groceries. Perfect to pick up a few things or to satisfy a junk food craving - like a neighborhood Wawa. My hubby and I indulged in a craft BLT sandwich on rosemary bread, everything Bagel Bite, salted caramel chocolate Bethlehem Bar, and Mocha. BLT Avocado (5/5) - Hold the bacon, please! Simple sandwich bursting with flavor even without the bacon. The spicy sriracha mayo, juicy avocado, crunchy lettuce, and scrumptious rosemary bread blended well together. The Everything Bagel Bite (5/5) - Rich scallion cream cheese hit the spot! Satisfied my bagel craving in just a few bites. Bethlehem Bar (2/5) - The ginormous caramel and chocolate sticky bar is similar to a turtle bar. It's quite decadent and fun to try, but would opt for another pastry. Mocha (2/5) - Tad too sweet for me. After taking a few sips, I threw the rest out. The staff was great with beaming warm smiles on their faces. Great casual brunch spot or for a late-night run. Will be back again when we're in the area!”

“Well it’s McDonald’s, but it’s getting better quality wise for fast food. I did have an issue with their service but it was satisfactorily resolved. I must say, McDonald’s has come a long way over the past few years. Pretty fast ordering and serving. Fries are most always pretty hot and fresh.”

“Came to DC with my friend for the holidays and I can honestly say that Bourbon was a perfect place to end our trip! Marcos is a great host and knows how’s to show you a good time! Drinks were fantastic, atmosphere was great and the staff were more than accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this place and I know I will be back ????”

“Overall, the pizza was delicious and filling. The crust was not too thin and not too thick, and perfectly cooked. The sauce tasted unique although I prefer a bit more spice in my sauce. Good and efficient service too”

“I had the rib sandwich which was really a bunch of ribs and a slice of cornbread. The cornbread was the dry type but it was sweet. The ribs were delicious, a thick smoky flavor, medium level of sauce, and just enough for lunch. I also got a sweet potato pie to take home for the family. This was very sweet and the top was so sugary it had almost developed a glaze. It was perfect. The dining room has about 7 or 8 bar seats. The rest is standing room only. I highly reccomend it if you are in the area.”

“Asked by friends to join them for dinner as they had been here before. I looked at the menu before we went. Saw a few things I thought I'd like. Had reservations so we were seated right away and the hostess that took us to our table could not have been any nicer! If only the experience would have stayed that way. Our waitress came to take our drink orders as we were talking about which beer or wine to get and instead of being helpful and recommending drinks, she walked away. Didn't say a word just went to another table. We didn't see her again for 10 minutes! When she finally did come back we ordered drinks and our food for fear she wouldn't come back for another 10 minutes. Our food came out and we all agreed it was good but nothing to keep us coming back. I most definitely enjoyed the German version of cheese cake for dessert...it was very good!”

“Food is fine. Staff was nice. Lower rating due to music blaring and Intoxicated homeless person asking patrons for money while they were eating.”

“As a McDonald's, it's obviously cheap, fast, and convenient. The digital ordering machine was helpful as well. However, the restaurant was too tight to fit a large amount of people; it's difficult to find an unoccupied table. Thus very stuffy. People were the funny sort, but not exactly unexpected. Still, good food and no complaints about service itself.”

“I placed an catering order from this restaurant for a team breakfast and although the initial experience was not the greatest, the manager and her team were willing to make things right-- they went above and beyond and provided an excellent secondary experience. Great food and an excellent experience overall. Thank you.”

“Great French fries but that as always depends mostly on when they last changed their fry oil. The nuggets had been sitting in their hot tray for too long and were dried out and looked like the had also been over cooked good friendly staff though”
