“Just ate there for the first time and it was delicious. I went through the drive thru...it was busy but they kept the line moving. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had The Chick and got a scoop each of classic Carol and fancy Nancy and a side of the broccoli salad. It came on leaves of lettuce with a dill pickle spear, crackers and a cookie. It was all very fresh and delicious! Their lemonade is also very tasty. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed...especially for "fast food".”

“Very good food and very nice servers. Not going to be a quick meal but very enjoyable because everything was made fresh and tasty. Definitely still has the usual small mom and pop restaurant issues but worth the waiting for the good food and a varying alcohol menu. I had the chicken and waffles and my wife had the Philly cheesesteak wrap. Eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection too. Both were delicious. We had a group of ten, called ahead and they were happy to accommodate a larger group. Nice to see law enforcement and fire support as well. Along with a nice table set aside for fallen coworkers.”

“I recently had the pleasure of The Shrimp and Wings combo. I thoroughly enjoyed both, especially the shrimp. The staff was courteous and respectful. The young lady who helped me Alexis or Lexis was very kind and offered suggestions. This is a nice little fried food stop in. “I absolutely love this place! By far the best smoothies and protein bowls around. Locally owned, and the owner is AMAZING. If there’s a smoothie you’re thinking of, she can probably make it for you. “It was our first visit and our server Kim was awesome. You never know what the protocol is in a new place, but she was busy busy running around and still yelled out to us.. Hi folks welcome, sit anywhere you like. She was very attentive, explained the menu and specials without being asked, our food came out exactly as ordered and was delicious and she made sure we had everything we needed without asking her (steak sauce, ketchup, extra napkins, silverware) and kept our drinks full. Delicious down home cooking. The dessert that day was pineapple upside down cake and it was so good it was like my grandma baked it. Daily specials, breakfast and lunches. They close before dinner but if you want an early dinner they have things like pork chop platter, coconut shrimp dinner etc. We'll be going back for sure. Affordable too.”

“Fired Up BBQ is our new favorite local BBQ spot! Tried it for lunch for the first time today after driving past it daily and always seeing a good number of cars in the parking lot. We were greeted by Kathy, who instantly made us feel like family. She is super friendly and helpful. We got pulled pork sandwiches and a few different sides; everything was excellent. My favorite part was the homemade BBQ sauces you can choose from. The Carolina Gold was tangy and delicious. There was also a very generous amount of pulled pork in our sandwiches, and the pork was tender and flavorful. We sat at the outdoor picnic tables and soaked up all the great smells and flavors! We will definitely go back! Fired Up BBQ is an awesome local business to support!”

“My husband and I were searching for a “mom and pop” type of restaurant while passing through Silver Springs and were so thrilled to have found this hidden gem!! They were running a special (Boston butt with mashed potatoes and creamed peas) and we ate our entire plates(which was a huge portion) in about 2 minutes. I don’t remember breathing while I ate, it was that good! The service was great and it was very clean inside and inside the restroom as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!”

“Fantastic food and service!! Always nice finding a hidden gem and this is definitely a gem! Was sitting down for only a few minutes and the owner came to ask if we'd been helped. They were extremely busy so I didn't judge. That was followed up by some amazing service from Tina. Could not believe the good service I got with how busy they were. Food was equally amazing! I had the crabmeat fries, meatloaf sandwich and chili. Everything was incredible! Definitely foresee a future visit is inevitable. Great place!!”
