Mid pandemic, I did get a meal that wasn’t up to Barnes standard, but hey, who hasn’t had a bad day? Or year for that matter! I have been back several times since and the atmosphere is back and the food is delicious!”

Saigon Bistro

Address: 5700 Waters Ave, Savannah, GA 31404, USA

Restaurant

“Absolutely the Best, and When I say Best, I mean Best! Place for authenticity when it comes to Quality but with the American Twist on Portion Size! I've been to many other places in the area, and even out of state and no one seems to have True Tarot Bubble Tea, instead they will advertise Tarot for Birthday Cake... Not this place! and the Pho is out of this World, with a delicious broth that tastes as though its been going on non stop for over a thousand years... Truly a hidden Gem this place is. I've build a complex because of them, and now every place just about is a disappointment, but Never this place.”

Six Pence Pub

“We stopped in for lunch and they only had two servers that afternoon. But those girls worked their tails off. Our server was fantastic, despite being very busy with multiple tables. We started with the loaded bangers and they were great! Highly recommend. I had the turkey BLT and it was very tasty. Hubby had the pub burger and enjoyed it. We both liked the potato salad as well. Would definitely go back again next time we visit!”

The Public Kitchen & Bar

Address: 1 W Liberty St, Savannah, GA 31401, USA

Restaurant

“Mushroom risotto was amazing!! Best I've ever had. My partner got the goat cheese stuffed chicken and cleaned her plate before I was halfway done with mine! Also our first round of mussels had quite a few empty shells but they were kind enough to bring out another dish of mussels for us to replace the first dish. Service was great, our server Alexandra was very nice and attentive. Atmosphere was perfect, not too fancy. Prices were very reasonable, was expecting higher prices for the quality of service and food that we received. This was by far our favorite restaurant in Savannah. We went on a Saturday night at 630 and only had a 20-30 minute wait.”

“Super nice waiter, Stevie. We ordered the mussels for a starter and the duck and NY strip for entrees. The NY strip, when it first came out had a lot of gristle, so Stevie was nice enough to replace the steak for us. We got the bread pudding, key lime pie and the black forest cheesecake for dessert, all of which are fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant, and Stevie is a great waiter.”

Zunzi's

“If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is amazing. The food was tasty, well prepared, fresh and mind blowing. The Conquistador is rightfully their best seller, with chicken seasoned and cooked to perfection, accompanied by a warm French bread and crunchy lettuce. The zesty sauce is the cherry on top! Too good to describe, the sub is a must try. The service is superb! The three guys that were there tonight were nice, helpful, friendly, clean and fast. I can’t recommend this place enough!”

Turkey and dressing was spectacular as was the red snapper my wife ordered. We'll return on our next visit to enjoy some entrees from regular menu.”

Collins Quarter at Forsyth

Address: 621 Drayton St, Savannah, GA 31401, USA

Restaurant

“This was the best experience we have had at a restaurant in Savannah. The aesthetic was so cute and bright. The service was by far the best we had all week while visiting for our honeymoon. Although the restaurant was busy, we only waited 20 min to be seated. Our server, Logan greeted us promptly but wasn’t overly attentive. Our food and drinks came quickly and the food was such a good serving size for the prices. We got the pork belly Benedict and the mushies on toast. Best meal we had on our trip! Can’t recommend this place enough.”

Savoy Society

Restaurant

“Service: Tart has been very attentive, hospitable,, and speedy. It's a Friday night, the place is packed but he's still turning out drinks and making conversation. Food: Ordered the bread plate just to get something in the belly. Didn't expect my mind to be blown by the four delicious, buttery in-house made breads (two pieces each) served with butter, honey and jam... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! DRINKS: Tart has some skills! Made one of the best Cucumber gimlets I've had in a while.”

Hitch

Address: 300 Drayton St, Savannah, GA 31401, USA

Restaurant

“A terrific, comfortable place with some unique food creations that are terrific. The waffle fries Nachos were great. It was a huge serving that 4 can share. The toppings gave it a baked potato flavor. The Cheese Steak Egg Rolls were big and full of meat. You could make a meal with the two that come on the plate. The Bacon Brownie was gooey and decadent. It was more like a lava cake. The bacon didn't seem to do anything for it, and didn't need to. The Bourbon Pecan Pie was also delicious. I couldn't sense an impact from the bourbon, but the pie was great on its own. The Bacon Brownie and Bourbon Pecan Pie both came in their own small skillet, so you get a large helping that isn't based on the size of a slice. Either can be shared easily by a group.”

J. Christopher's

Address: 122 E Liberty, Savannah, GA 31401, USA

“I always get the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. Seriously 10/10. It's amazing. My friend has gotten the steak and eggs, crepes, an omelet and then we split sausage biscuits and gravy and it's all AMAZING! You cannot go wrong at this place, we love it! And both times we haven't had to wait at all, even on a Sunday at normal brunch hours.”
