“This was our first time trying Uncorked, and it did not disappoint. First off, super attentive staff during a time where a lot of folks are struggling to get employees. Maddie H was our server and she was perfect. Good with suggestions, attentive but not overly attentive, and just a super nice waitress. We tried the pimento cheese fritters, chicken and waffles, stacked pork, and since it was our anniversary the dessert was on the house. I had a local Printer's orange wheat which was very good. Everything was great, and I had food envy of others around me. Love that they are a local family supporting local vineyards and brewers. That's a good mission and the team here accomplishes that mission. Get out and support your local restaurants and bars. You don't have to go to Atlanta to experience great food, beverage, and a wonderful atmosphere. Again, hats off to Maddie. She was awesome and truly cared.”

When I called this Starbucks, the employee I spoke with was very, very professional and offered to reserve the mug until I could pick it up the next morning. “This is not normally a place I’d pick for myself, but I’m so glad we went! My friend had the rose lavender pancakes and I’d have to say they were my favorite. “Let me set the scene here- in our area, if you want coffee you can have burnt old coffee from a gas station or nothing. Until this beautiful, clean, new coffee shop opened up right near us. I mean, here I was, in caffeine withdrawal begging Monday to go easy on me. I look up and see that Fuel coffee is open, it was like the heavens opened up and said not today, today we will give you amazing coffee with amazing customer service. The pastries, my goodness. To anyone looking for a great coffee spot with a great vibe, look no further. Matt (super nice and professional) is there to assist, Angela and Dave, the owners are wonderful, fresh, and really figured out what the customers are looking for. I highly recommend.”

I truly have never had a bad item from here but the stand outs are the bagels and cream cheese (the kale pesto especially!) Along with the spinach feta beehive and the cinnamon rolls.
