“This is a little hidden spot in Meridian with an outstanding beer selection and many wines to choose from too. The service here was top notch and the menu selection was fit for a meat-eater. My wife’s plate looked great and she liked it. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and it was good and well put together, but too much garlic for my taste and I think it had chopped onions in it? Not sure. Anyhow, there were several other items on the menu that I would like to try. So maybe next time I’ll change my review to a five star. One other thing…this place is not cheap so be prepared to pay. My wife and I paid over $80 for these to plates with the drinks (non-alcoholic).”

“Amazing bistro. Down to earth, caring staff. I've had the pleasure of personally getting to know the owner as well, and she's truly an amazing soul that cares deeply for her staff and customers. Food is exceptional. Most items are made from scratch (like their amazing gravy), and it's obvious their cooks + kitchen staff CARE! The owner offers free thanksgiving dinner for local families every year, and their wine dinners and special events are truly memorable. Wonderful and essential part of downtown Meridian, hands down.”

“I came in for a late weekday to-go lunch and ordered a small pizza. All of the staff were very friendly and ready to answer any question I had. I even got a chance to peek up at the rooftop, which is a wonderful spot to relax and watch the traffic & clouds go by. The interior was very clean, but what impressed me most was the extensive fresh salad bar that had obviously been replenished after lunch. I would say that this salad bar, as you can see in my photo, is a is a definite go-to that I will return to again and again. The pizza, however, unfortunately, not so much. I wanted to love the pizza, but I'm sorry to say it was extremely average. It was picture perfect, but very, very light on toppings, which is a disappointment at any pizza shop you may visit. It did not taste bad at all but also had nothing outstanding that I would want to crave again. I would want any business to do well, but it seems that they are slightly overcharging for this pizza, especially given the fact that they skimp on toppings. Still, even with a mediocre pizza, it would be nice to enjoy dining alfresco on their rooftup with a light breeze and the warm sunshine. Hopefully, you will arrive on foot, because parking is almost impossible, given this location is 20 feet off of Main Street, and the few available parking spots are taken up by the other adjacent businesses. It's a fun place, with a welcoming atmosphere and a friendly staff, just don't expect a lot from the pizza.”

“We went to dinner at El Tenampa Mexican Grill. The food was excellent. Our server Jesus made our guacamole at the table, and it was fabulous. Plus, Jesus was an awesome waiter. “830 common has a menu to salivate over and a fun environment to enjoy with family or friends. First time and everything was well above par. Hostess, waitress, & bar manager all exceeded expectations and made it a fun night. We had a couple unique requests and even though it was pretty busy they made us feel like we were an easy customer. Fish and chips was an easy 9.7/10 if not better, homemade everything made the cheesy tots appetizer and the meat loaf and roasted garlic mashed potatoes hit the spot. This is definitely a place to check out with friends. The only downside may have been the music was a couple notches too loud. It was almost too much to have a conversation at our table, but that was kind of the feel and atmosphere of this American bar style pub food joint. Lastly very impressed by the hospitality of the whole crew and I think management really has a great place here, we will be back soon. Thx”

“Came here with my mom and husband to celebrate his and my birthdays. First time for all of us. I chose and made reservations after looking at the menu which appeared to have lots of tasty sounding options at decent prices. We were all pleased with everything. The French onion soup was rich and delicious. I got the New York boneless with broccolini and mashed potatoes, husband had the ahi tuna and my mom had the salmon. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The gorgonzola mashed potatoes were SO good! Our server was nice and attentive and treated us to a piece of cheesecake for our birthday. The restaurant was pretty quiet being a weekday so the atmosphere felt nice and relaxing. Will definitely go back again!”

Pretzel and cheese was so amazing it was half gone by the time I got a picture. Voodoo nachos came with bbq sauce and would highly recommend. “For quick and cheap Americanized Chinese food, I recommend this place. (For clarity, I have found Panda Expresses have wild swings in quality depending on a few factors. So this is a review of my experience at this specific location.) FOOD: Surprisingly good. The teriyaki chicken has been a favorite of mine, but this is the first time I had a proper sear on the chicken. The orange chicken was its typical acceptable guilty pleasure. The chow mein had a better texture than usual, likely due to the cook getting the wok temp up to appropriate heat. It takes gumption and confidence to risk the burn for a proper sear. SERVICE: The service was surprisingly good. Cordial, polite, helpful, and not chock full of platitudes or useless filler conversation. He simply took my order, got it right, and handed me my food. He got the portion a touch big, but I don't mind... ATMOSPHERE: To the fault of corporate, the music was horrible. I give them credit for turning it down some, but then all the conversations surround you. I recognize that you don't go to a Panda Express for the atmosphere, but Corporate, spend a little more to avoid pop music from Wish, please. The tables were clean, the chairs pushed in, and the trashes were empty. (I ate here at 4:45 for reference, so not peak time.) CONCLUSION: For a Panda Express, it is operated above average and my experience was enjoyable, as a quick meal between Home Depot and some house chores.”

“I was very excited to have a new BBQ restaurant in Meridian! I went to Smokin Iron on a Saturday evening with my father and brother 4 days after the restaurant opened.It is a small place. The decor is very basic. It's a very basic order at the Cash register style of restaurant. It's a little on the expensive side. The Ribs and Brisket 🍖 had a nice 🙂👍 👌 smokey flavor. The Ribs were done with the meat falling off the bone like in Texas. I really liked my so-called Texas Caviar made with Beans and vegetables. The sliced Brisket was excellent! I intend on going back soon to have one of the Large Baked Potatoes 🥔 that come stuffed with Barbecued Meat!”

“We ordered three 10” pizzas 🍕 to celebrate 3/14/24(pie day!) We celebrated with a classic pepperoni, half pineapple on sourdough. A Samoan add bacon with regular crust. Last but not least a thin crust sourdough, alfrado, chicken, bacon, and pineapple with mozzarella and Romano cheese! We ordered online and our pizzas were ready on time for pickup.
