“My family and I love this place. It’s probably my personal favorite place to eat in the entire treasure valley. I rave about this place to everyone I know. My brother and I make it a habit to eat here every time he visits. You cannot beat the value here. They have amazing food, even better than other Tacos El Ray locations. I haven’t had a single bad experience there and I’ve been going back there routinely for the past 5 years at least. I love getting the Tacos Al Pastor! Seriously my personal favorite. The chips and salsa are next level too. I don’t know anywhere that serves better salsa. If I could only go to one restaurant for the rest of my life it would be this one. The place always feels lively and the staff are always so genuinely kind. That’s all I can say for now because I’m making my stomach rumble and my mouth water.”

“The food was excellent and generous. I had the taco plate I saw in one of their pictures when I googled them before I went to eat. Has a drive-thru right now so it’s a taco truck with a drive-thru. They asked me to park and it was a short wait before a nice man brought me my order. I appreciate these locals running a business in something they are good at and this one is. Above was my review two years ago. It is the same great place today. Pablo is a very kind man interested in being the best. At what he does and it shows. I hope he finds a building to get his restaurant established in Nampa as he deserves it and so do we as a community even though I’m just fine using the drive through.”

“I had never heard of this place before but decided to try them out for delivery. I ordered more than I planned on so I could reach their delivery fee but I'm glad I did because it's delicious. They came from Nampa to Meridian, saying it would be here around 6:25pm and I had my food by 6:22pm. The pot stickers could've been crispier but the flavor is awesome. **EDIT** I've ordered delivery a few more times and I've always had a good experience but my latest order was amazing. The pot stickers were amazing, they had the perfect level of crispiness and the egg roll was the best one I've had from here. I asked them not to knock on the door so the dogs wouldn't bark and they made sure to call me to let me know when it was here. I really appreciate they will drive to Meridian and their delivery fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.”

“El Cafetal Columbian Restaurant. Yes. Go there. We've seen Encanto going on 30 times now and the food has a strong supporting role. How delightfully surprising that we have a Columbian Restaurant in Nampa! We ordered everything. The huge juice drinks were more like smoothies. We got mango and soursop (?). Both awesome. The arepas were fantastic, we got cheese and also shrimp. Both were super faves. The empinadas came in a beef and potato flavor and they hit the spot. Our little one got a chicken kabob with fries that was a hit. The fried pork cutlet was excellent. Very similar to German schnitzel. Lastly, the soup called sancocho was my husband's favorite. It is like an everything soup specifically with corn on the cob and meat in a broth. Very flavorful. Lots of cilantro. Our hostess was so kind, she seemed to enjoy our little son and took wonderful care of us. The decor was delightful and felt like a slice of Columbia. I loved it.”

“Wow. Our first time and we are very happy! We went to Luciano’s and had high hopes and were absolutely disappointed. I really didn’t want Italian but our daughter did so we tried this place and I am so glad we did. We got their special which was a mushroom pasta and it was amazing! And we got the last slice of lasagna and I am not a lasagna person but it was so good. We also got the garlic knots with the sides of red sauce and Alfredo and I am legit going to be craving them!! The Alfredo sauce is a little different of a flavor but in a good way. And the red sauce was just as good. The focaccia that came with our meals were so soft and flavorful. The owner served us as we did come later in the day but we also had others checking on us. We got the key lime dessert and we devoured it, including our kids. And speaking of kids. I loved the little dining set up’s and cups they had did for the kids. Everyone was friendly. And yea it was a little chilly but that’s due to the cold weather and the flooring but we just grabbed a jacket and moved on. Some of the other reviews on here complaining about the cups being too small or it being kinda chilly are ridiculous. We will be back; absolutely!”

“I loved Jabbers! It's inside with a gate at the front desk which keeps kiddos from the entrance! Fantastic food court! Plenty of seating for adults with couches! The food menu is so kiddo friendly and I love that even the parents have a good portion of the menu to choose from! The PlayHouse is so cute and I love how even the parents can join in on the play in there! A great size jungle gym, cute section for "driving on the road", several different themed toy tables such as; train with tracks, real life Minecraft blocks (my favorite because it's not on a screen!), dinosaurs and soo much more! Plenty of baby dolls and the cutest little toddler "yard" which is gated for separate fun from the big kids! I can't forget the section for Building and tearing down huge leggo blocks as well as foam construction blocks! My 4-year-old was so grateful that I took him there, he made sure to tell me thank you and begged to come back and play another time!”

“Fantastic food and super friendly service! We did visit 10:30 to 12:30 on a Saturday which is as busy as it gets. Expect a 30+ minute wait to be seated and another 20+ minutes to receive the order during that time span. They have indoor seating as well as outdoor if requested. We ordered a P-38. 1/3 lb BBQ burger, a Biscuits and Gravy, a kids French Toast and ofcourse, a giant cinnamon roll! Overall, great job guys! *note* The indoor area is very cramped for space and during very busy hours, carrying on a conversation may be difficult due to the average volume level of surrounding tables. If you have challenges with hearing or clostraphobia you may want to request outdoor seating.”

“I simply love, love, LOVE the hot pastrami here. And the pickles! I am so thankful they allow you to fully customize your sandwich unlike other places. I always get extra pickles and meat and add mustard. Highly recommend this place if you love hot pastrami. The meat is tender, thinly sliced, just the right amount of pepper on the edges, the right amount smoke & salt on the meat too. Add melted provolone, veggies and chopped pickles it's a meal!”
