“Some friends and I were in town for a funeral. We did a search of Google maps to find a good place to eat. This place was recommended because I like Real Urban BBQ. Since we all like Real Urban, we decided to give it a chance. We're glad we did. We didn't get any of their BBQ dishes, but we did have their char-broiled burger with fries. The burger was delicious. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll eat here again.”

Have to repeat it multiple times and they still don't get it right usually. “Often good food, but some issues I have are: 1) Meat and cheese are cold on breakfast sandwiches (even though the bun and egg are hot). Probably a Panera franchise issue, but still annoying that I have to go and use the microwave before I eat. 2) NOISY! and I don't mean the customers. The business phone (and/or food alarms?) ring and no one answers. It rings incessantly, and excessively loud, for 15-20 times before the person hangs up or an employee answers. AND if you sit anywhere within a 20-foot radius of the pick up counter, you have to listen to the constant buzzing of the pick up buzzer until it shuts off after 2 minutes. But then the next customer comes and you have to be interrupted again. Not conducive to getting any work in.”
