“I’ll start this review with the positives. I have been to several Chipotle locations and the quality of the food at this new location is by far the best I’ve had. When ordering online or through the app the pick up window is fast and convenient and has easy access to Randall. The employees have always been very friendly and attentive when arriving. The reason I am writing this review is this location needs an improved process for confirming that everything on the order is correct. I order for my family roughly once every 1-2 weeks and in four of the last five times I have picked up food here we have been missing items from our order. Sometimes it’s side salsas and guacamole, but most often it’s chips/kids chips and kids milks/juices etc, this is hard to deal with for kids. I haven’t called to let anyone know because the missing items are typically only valued at a few $, but it adds up. Plus, I don’t want to drive back when I have already arrived at home. Im hoping someone reads this review because with the frequency this has happened to us we can’t be the only ones. I will still order here at this location for the reasons I mentioned at the start of this review but hope to see improvement in the accuracy of the order going forward. Thank you.”

“I have been to countless Starbucks in my life and have spent countless money at Starbucks but Starbucks downtown St Charles at 101 South 1st Street is by far my favorite! Olivia has gone above and beyond each and every phone call and visit especially during this Corona crisis for the essential workers and First Responders! She makes my day, which are very hectic these days, much more endurable and puts a smile on my face every day! :-) Everyone at the store is very kind and professional but Olivia always goes above and beyond! :-)”

“Great location for a Starbucks! I really liked the location of this particular Starbucks store because it’s off of Randall Road and really close to Costco. The staff was really friendly and the environment was both very relaxing and charming. There were clearly people in the cafe that were working remotely which is always a good sign to me. “A couple friends and I decided to try this new place out on a Thursday night. We love Alter and have been to the other Brewery a few times. We waited and hour and a half for a table on a Thursday night. Halfway through we found some beers and it wasn't so bad. Great place to hang out with friend. great location and fun atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll be coming back with my wife. Just need to play the waiting game a bit.”

“My wife and her boyfriend went on a date there and really enjoyed it. Drew slaughters the pigs in-house which really adds the whole ambiance of the place and the buns are baked in traditional Armenian fashion of diving into the dome-shaped oven headfirst and plastering the dough on the sides. However, finding the restaurant was a little tricky, having to find the secret book-lever in the library was a nice touch but the part where you had to climb through the 7 levels of Hell left my wife's boyfriend concerned for his safety. Great place for a quick bite!”
