Smoked whitefish Pate was delightful, as were the 3 'pies' - Mushroom, Sausage, and Cheese with Arugula sprinkled generously over the top. We will definitely be back and bring friends. “The Manor Care is your typical Greek Diner, just like a lot of these places that dot the landscape in this part of the world. The decor inspires a coziness that doesn't match the size of the restaurant. The Manor Cafe is big, but still feels like a small, intimate cafe. Another thing that sets the Manor Cafe apart is the quality of the food. Many of these places serve bland, almost institutional food. Not the Manor Cafe; the food is good and you get a lot of it. Their breakfasts are great. They taste good, they are fresh and they are filling. I have not yet tried lunch or dinner, but they also look really good. The service is friendly and efficient, and always willing to make suggestions if you can't decide what you want. I recommend giving the Manor Cafe a try the next time you're in East Dundee.”

Tried every one in the area and all are disappointing. This one was a surprise. The location in St Charles is far better than the one in South Elgin. Its smaller but has a cozy feel. Great house fried rice, egg foo young, Mongolian beef. And cheap! We can often dine for under 20 bucks. But make sure you dine at the St Charles location.”

The staff at Jimmy Johns made me feel good about myself and boosted my self-esteem. I ordered the #9 (some Italian sandwich) and it was great!
