She also makes sure my guava white tea lemonade has sweetener in it which many Starbucks location forget to do. “Today when I went it was the very beginning of phase 3 in Illinois during covid-19 shutdown. They did a great job. Line was about 10 cars deep when I got there but it moves fairly quickly. They did not take my card but rather I put it in the machine myself and did not have to enter a pin. They used other receptacles to give me my drinks. Previously they had handed it to me in a tray but today they put each individual drink in a larger mug so we did not touch.”

“Very good flavors, fresh and light. Outdoor patio seating on the shady side of the street, and there is also inside seating spaced apart. We split the tofu noodle salad, green papaya salad and grilled shrimp & pork belly noodles, too hot for pho! I really liked the green papaya salad, crunchy with a very flavorful dressing. Also tried one of the coffee drinks, really enjoyed it. The owner recommended next time to try the egg espresso, sounds good!”

“I like this Starbucks because of the high chairs at the bar surrounding the counter and the high turnover of traffic at this location. It seems like everyone is just and out, on their way to do other things when they stop in here. There's not a ton of seating (maybe 10 tables and 7 chairs at the bar), but it doesn't matter because of how quickly tables open up. I've never had a problem finding seating. I've been visiting this location for years and it seems as though a majority of the employees are local young folk. It's nice to see that Starbucks is serving this community. Definitely worth a visit.”

The shop is located on the second floor in between Nordstrom Rack and the Food Court. It also gets fairly busy on the weekends.”

“I have searched for a Starbucks for many years that was close to home that felt like home, my search is over with Starbucks in Elk Grove Village! Greg and his team make such delicious coffee and are always so welcoming! Greg always has a smile you can see through his eyes (since masks are required) and my girls (2 and 6) enjoy saying hello! This location even stayed open throughout the stay-at-home order to serve the Community (essential workers), how blessed and grateful we are for your service! “This a nice location; comparable to the others in the area. What sets this place out from the rest is the interior set up of the furniture. It is inviting. There is a good amount of individual space for people who want to sit by themselves and plenty of space for small groups. It definitely feels larger than other spots. The service here is also one that separates itself from the rest. Generally all Starbucks in this area offer great service. They all are nice, friendly employees who value their customers. I felt more of that here at this location. They were patient with me when I had to add $ to my card and they were quick to get the order put together. They were welcoming and were easy to talk to.
