Cozy little area to sit and relax even can play games they have there with friends. Their chias are great and the teas are my personal favorites. The breakfast burrito was incredible with spicy mayo added for a kick. The corned beef hash was delicious, thick slices of corned beef over crispy hash browns, over easy eggs and thick eye bread for toast. We opted for the special, lemon blueberry french toast and we were shocked by the size of the portion when it arrived at the table. Thick slices of toast cooked to perfection with a fresh lemon flavor perfectly balanced with the thick pour of homemade blueberry sauce layered in between. Can't wait to go back and have lunch!”

“New Scooter's in Council Bluffs. Looks super classy from the outside and is clean and nicely laid out inside. Good booths to sit and do work and a couple nice leather easy chair circles to have a coffee and chat. The staff is super friendly, efficient, and fast at getting drinks out! I like Scooter's coffee (as someone who roasts my own beans) better than Starbucks because they don't burn their espresso roast quite so dark. They also get bonus points for asking "dry or wet" on my cappuccino order. Would recommend!”
