“This group in here is everything!!!!! We have been traveling a lot and good coffee is hard to come by even at Starbucks. The staff here are friendly, cheerful, and hilarious! On top of all of that they made the best coffee I have had in 3 days ( by the way we were throwing away our undrinkable drinks from a previous Starbucks) they also did not charge us which we had every intention on paying app out ready to scan. “We got chicken skewers which were good, as well as the crab Rangoon, but it also came with tons of bland fried rice that was just rice without any vegetables or egg. We also got teriyaki chicken and beef, both were fine, the beef a little better. The pop was gross. We dumped it with the rice. It was cheap, but so was the quality.”

“Honestly by far this is the best Mexican restaurant in Hays Kansas!! They are so reasonably priced, the food portions are very filling, and the food was so good and flavorful! Went there on my birthday which was the opening day and I loved it so much that I had to come back today!! I definitely will continue to be coming back at least a few times a month! If you want fresh, fast, wonderfully amazing, very flavorful Mexican food I recommend that you eat here! If I could give more than five stars I would! Honestly this is the best Mexican food I have ever eaten in this town hands down! I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to everyone that I know!🙂”

“Lot's of places to eat in Hayes, we like Mexican, so we went to Gutierrez Mexican Restaurant. It was getting near closing on a Thursday night, but we got seated right away and they took our orders. Lots of atmosphere, but a bit dark. That 32 oz lime Margarita was so good. We got served after a bit. My wife order the Chicken quesadilla and I ordered the Sancho Grande. The Sancho Grande seemed to be a seasoned beef filled burrito smothered with red chile w/beef. Yes! PINTOS beans. Who likes black beans. The beef chile was almost hot enough, but very well seasoned and flavorful.”

“Best Restaurant in Hays. We moved here about a year ago, and I'm actually mad our friends had not yet recommended TRIO to us. We went tonight for the first time, and we loved everything about it. Most other places have one or two things going for them, but TRIO has it all. Great drinks and Bartenders, my wife wanted drinks off the menu and not only did they happily make them, they made recommendations for new drinks to try that were better than what she had wanted! And the food. Best we've had in town. The Nachos were unbelievably good. My wife got the pasta, it was amazing, I got the fish tacos and they were SOOOO good, reminded me of the great fish tacos I got in California a few years back. And to top it off, the service was fabulous. We didn't want to sit at a table that was available when we got there, so they cleared another table people had just left and got us seated at it quickly. Then the Waiter, Jack, went out of his way to make sure everything we wanted was perfect. Making some special requests was not a problem at all, and he would ask for alternatives in case the cooks couldn't make it happen. He was helpful, thoughtful, and energetic. That's the trifecta of great service. I honestly can't say enough about this restaurant. If you haven't tried it yet, you absolutely must.”

“The BEST sushi and rolls in southwest Kansas. I enjoy the veggie and sushi rolls and often get the Maki roll lunch which included 3 rolls and a small soup for less than $13. The rolls are always beautiful and perfect, the avocado is always just right. I eat a lot of sushi in the area from Garden and Dodge City all the way up to Hays and this is by far my favorite place to go. The prices are the best too with avocado and asparagus rolls still going for $3.50 each. The white tuna rolls are also a favorite.”

“This Domino's has been knocking it out of the park for quite a while now. Everything I've ordered has been fresh and delicious. The staff have always been friendly. One time, my pizza hadn't arrived after an hour of waiting which was very abnormal. After calling in, they baked me a new one and I was eating a slice 15 min later. Try the thin crust.”

“I was satisfied, my dining partner not so much. If you know what you’re in for, it’s fine. On par with location in Scott City. So what is it: NOT Taco Bell. The meat is seasoned and mixed with something, not sure what, but it works. Cheese is good, tortillas do what they’re supposed to, everything was as expected. I got a funny taco (hard shell wrapped in a soft shell, held together with nacho cheese) and a combo burrito (meat, beans, cheese). I also sampled her chips and guacamole, which were disappointing (guac had no taste, chips came in a vacuum sealed plastic bag, did not taste fresh). So don’t get that. We were there around 2:30 on a weekday and it wasn’t empty but certainly wasn’t crowded. Counter guy pleasant enough. Bathroom was clean. I’ll return if passing through at the right time again but wouldn’t go out of my way.”

“100% recommend. Food, music decor, and staff are all FIVE Star. My family and I are visiting Kansas for the first time and trying Kansas BBQ was a must for this trip. I chose Brick’s because of the excellent reviews they have received and their music theme. The restaurant has items signed by music legends, instruments, and other treasures on display. The food was AMAZING. We had okra and the poppers to start and then the pick two as our meal. Treat yourself and go to Brick’s.”

“A long trip to Hays for an appointment became a lovely outing when we decided to have lunch at the Paisley Pear. So many delicious sounding menu items it was hard to decide. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choices (we'll definitely return and try other selections). Besides the great sandwiches and salad, we brought home some organic blueberry preserves, and will stock up on other locally-made products next time (didn't know there was sausage until I read a review after we'd come home!). I'm posting photos of our sandwiches, but forgot to take a pic of the rhubarb pie and ice cream! So good! Very attentive friendly server, and the owner stopped to chat. Nice people!”

“Our meal was absolutely delicious. The beef stroganoff was so tender with the cream sauce with just the right amount of spice. The chicken fried chicken was also fabulous. I highly recommend the pretzel appetizer with the port spread. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant was clean. The cooks take such pride with their dish prep and I appreciate how much care was given. Our waitress Christie went above and beyond! She made sure to explain the different local favorites and refilled our drinks. Her personality was very bubbly. This was a great experience for two travelers.”

“First time visiting. Owner is super helpful & friendly. Very clean. They have different pizza options. But no Supreme. Can build your own but they didn't have green peppers? They have other food options.....burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries. Will try again for sure. Order PB & J stout beer. Amazingly good! Love that you can find food & drink here you won't find anywhere else. Will go back when patio is finished at the Fort!”
