Computer system crashed for all online orders, which is fine, we are in a pandemic and I know the employees are already flustered, not to mention put in harms way dealing with the public. No need to be upset, it is out of anyone's control. The staff was calm, cool and collected which was admirable. The 3 stars is because I ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl both with the fixings - neither bowl had any meat on it, just veggies. I didn't realize until I got home - I live about 30 minutes away so I wasn't about to turn around. Maybe just a double check next time before bagging up the order as completed.”

“This was my first visit to Old 56 Family Restaurant. It was mid morning and I was just hungry for a good home cooked breakfast and didnt want to cook myself. Remembering I had passed this restaurant for years and never stopped there I decided I'd give it a try. To my delight the staff was very pleasant and the service was kind of like in days gone by. The final test was the meal. I had ordered country fried steak with hash browns and eggs. Actually, the food was well prepared and served warm at the appropriate temperature. I will be happy to return there and it is a good environment for families and individuals.”

“I had an awesome plate of spicy shrimp fried rice from here today. Very nice person took my order outside. He was both gloved and masked. I paid by debit card over the phone. My rice had lots of large sized prawns and plenty of egg and onion which is how I like it. Large portion and good value at $8.95. Did not eat inside so can't comment on the whole dining experience but I got great food and service. I was comfortable with this takeout experience given that am am still reluctant to do a lot.of eating out as we are still seeing Covid19 cases here in Johnson county.”

We only went to the movies there. But I will say I need to go back and visit the stores there. “Excellent place for sushi. We took our cousins from out of town here and they thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. If you want to impress your guess, order the Prairie Fire Roll. This is literally lit on fire. Great presentation and it tasted great as well. The lobster roll is also look great and tasted great. Toro "Tuna Belly" is definitely a must try. It's melt in your mouth.”

“Eat here every now and then and i really like it. Service has always been good. Nice atmosphere and it's clean. Good selection of beers on tap and in cans. It's a little more than average price for beer but I don't drink much. Burger is always good and the onion rings and fries are good. My only complaint is price here. For 2 people eating burger and fries, it'll be around $30+. Though I still visit occasionally, I'd visit more if it wasn't for price. Would recommend it though if you can get past the sticker shock.”

“The place is perfect decorated, the pizza is a real Italian style! Good wine options as well to go with a pizza night. My family frequents here at least 4x a month. We love their salad, pizza and wine. My daughter even loves this place. The service is always good and friendly and the pizza is amazing. It is pricey for pizza but we love it so much we keep coming back. Our waitress, Marie was kind and prompt and professional.”
