“We really like the food and the atmosphere here. Typical bar food with lots of TVs. It's usually pretty busy on the weekends. We did have some issues with our service on our last visit where they forgot to put Buffalo sauce on my strips but the waiter said that the kitchen had been doing that all night to him. The pretzel app is also very good and generous sized.”

“Love this local own restaurant that offers all day breakfast and lunch menu. The homemade French toast amazes me the texture is little crispy outside and soft inside with cinnamon flavor. It’s probably my best French toast by far. I didn’t add any syrup and tastes good. They offer big plate that I can’t finish it and have to take some home. I also notice the owner can call customers by their name and know their preference. Very personal and very impressed! Highly recommend!”

“Whoa! Great experience. I went for breakfast and ordered an omelet. It was fresh and cooked to order. I would recommend it to anyone. They have a full breakfast and lunch menu with items like omelets, french toast, eggs and bacon, buiscuts and gravy fruit, hash browns, oatmeal, and lots more For lunch they have hamburgers and more! They also have a sports bar. Btw, you might need to oil your front door because its sticky and had a hard time opening. But that didnt stop me from going on the inside door.”

“Was passing through on our way back home, needed gas so we exited off. We were hungry so I googled restaurants close. We decided while in Kansas City, might as well check out a BBQ joint. “I love Mom's kitchen. Funny enough, a friend recommended it for one of their favorite burgers in town, but I have yet to try the burger there. I always end up with a full serving of biscuits and gravy and a side of hash browns. The biscuits are moist and fluffy and the gravy has a ton of flavor. The hash browns are always crispy and never soggy. My girlfriend had the eggs Benedict and she's an Eggs Benedict critic and she loved it and especially the hollandaise. She also had the potato chip items featured in the picture below and said they were crispy and tasty. My dad had the cheesy grits and a pancake and really enjoyed them as well. Outside of the food being great, the service was excellent. Tina was always there with refills and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't recommend Mom's enough for breakfast and, I'm told, a great cheeseburger”

This place is new (at the time of this review) so there wasn't too many dine-in, but I was amaze by how many people stopped in for carry out. The place was clean. The bathroom is different than what I'm use to... unisex with stalls. As for the location, it's easy to see off Santa Fe (135th St). There's parking, but it's not really big.”

“Probably the best Taco Bell I’ve been too. Food was made correctly, hot in temperature and actually looked good! The lobby is clean but freezing! I saw three employees working. (Drive through, counter and making food!) They seemed pretty quick! The lady in front of us literally ordered like four LARGE bags of food and like 8 drinks so I can’t judge wait time as it took probably ten minutes to get our food but her large order was probably the reason why.”

“First time at the "Other Place" I ordered the Long horn burger with seasoned fries. Though the burger was good there was way to much BBQ sauce. I was not a fan of the fries. They say they are seasoned but tasted no different than regular crinkle cut fries to me. Because this was my first time I need to give it another chance. Great service and cool environment.”
