“Everything exceeded my expectations! Service was very good, from customer service at entrance to server at the bay. Friendly and approachable; definitely set the laid back and fun vibes. The Dave & Busters of golf, just a lot more fun and cool. Free use of clubs, with each bay getting their own set of men’s and women’s clubs. Not the best as shaft flex is very soft, but more than good enough for 99% of visitors. You CAN bring your own clubs; there are bag holders in the bay (I counted 6). Multiple simple, yet challenging and fun games. Unlimited balls is needed as you can get through a game in a matter of minutes. Food was better than I had heard about from other people. Had very good taste and texture. Alcoholic beverages are STRONG. No complaints there!”

“I stayed in DC for 4 days because of Magfest and tried various restaurants on the little island we were on. This one was by far the best out of what I tried. The servers were wonderful, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I likes it so much we went back three times! I wish they had one in Cleveland so I could continue to go! “For the most part this takeout restaurant is pretty dam good. My favorite is the pulled pork barbecue. I get it often and it’s always good. Won’t order the ribs. Had them a few times and to me they’re tough. The chicken (grilled or fried) is great. The sides are tasty with the exception of the Mac and cheese. When it’s good it’s delicious but lately it’s been tasteless. Planning to eat there this weekend so I hope the Mac and cheese has returned to where I can brag on its taste. Never had the seafood but seen the orders. Absolutely delicious looking especially the fried shrimp. I must also compliment the staff. Very good people and the servers make sure you get a descent portion of food. One of the best takeout restaurants in the Oxon Hill/Fort Washington area. Just wish it was open more than the weekend. Be prepared for a wait because it’s popular for Saturday and Sunday take home dinners.”

This is a 50 dollar steak on your plate. It was cooked as requested medium rare but the tendons were not acceptable. Sides arrived at different times and could have been hotter. “I only ate here for the breakfast, but it was worth it. The buffet changed a little every day, but there was quality there. There was enough variety there to keep the kids and adults happy. The staff was pleasant, and they were on the ball when you needed something. This is the best buy when it comes to breakfast at the hotel. The other breakfasts at the hotel were just as expensive and definitely not as tasty. This place was a bargain, comparatively speaking.”

We came here for both brunch and dinner this year and we're happy with both. They have very good mixed drinks and I love their shrimp and grits. “There is enough for a hearty appetite. Make reservations or prepare for a long wait. I am not sure of the design, it's a cross between your old aunt and a ship galley but never quite making up its mind. The same goes for the food. Had the sampler which is wild on presentations and weak on flavor. Even the chicken dishes were inconsistent. Fish good but too much breading, and the tender ribs were bland at best. The cornbread was interesting as each quarter had a different flavor and texture. The sides were the best part, presented well and decent flavor. Dessert was cute and filling. Service staff trying way too hard with pleasantries over service but it was a Christmas visit. Maybe a good one off visit while at National Harbor but quality vs cost means I won't return even for the great peach tea.”

“I went to Bobby McKey's on December 30, 2018. I am still in shock and in awe of the amazing and talented musicianship of the performers!! As a vocalist and performer myself, I am stunned at how they can remember all of those chords and lyrics, to every genre imaginable. This venue is a must. All the musicians are outstanding, but I must give a special shout out to Danny. He played the drums, electric fiddle, and the piano. Not only that this man rapped, sang R&B, sang a song no one really knew, sang classics, beat boxed, etc... If you want an amazing time, you need to go to Bobby McKey's!! It's a must. I am definitely going back!!”

“This BBQ restaurant knows their craft! If you're looking for a nice place to eat in National Harbor that isn't outrageously expensive, I recommend Brother Jimmy's. I love their Pressed Brisket Sandwich with a side of Mac and Cheese! The brisket is tender and juicy, and there are sauces at the table if you want even more flavor. The atmosphere is fun and chill, and service is very good. The sweet tea is made perfectly, which is an essential part of Southern cooking. I'll always eat here whenever I go to National Harbor!”
