“This place is fantastic! The decor is "understated" but the food is really great. It's somehow different and interesting yet tastes like familiar comfort food at the same time. Quite tasty and there are healthy options. Please Davis, don't screw this up. Go eat at this place, keep it around, so we have options other than Mike's.”

“The milkshakes are really extravagant and delicious! Also had the fried macaroni balls, which I enjoyed. I didn't try a burger, but they have a very wide variety and my friends thought they were pretty good. Service was also excellent. Just keep in mind that the place can be a pricy!”

“This is one of my favorite bars in the Boston area. The cocktails are always perfect and there's a great wine and beer selection. The food is also excellent. Great service, and the atmosphere reminds me a bit of the bar in Peaky Blinders. Needless to say, I highly recommend this place.”

“Excellent service, excellent food, excellent quality, pretty cheap (relative to other places in the square). Overall great place. Love their tacos and burritos”

“I love this place! Great food and great people. Morning servers are the best! They're quick, professional and just smiley in the morning. Give them a raise!”

“Best place to hang outside and drink a beer with friends after work or to watch a baseball game. Bartenders are always super nice and knowledgeable. Lots of menu choices and easy to get a slice of pizza made the way you want!”

“My first time in Mike's. Interesting place. Modified table service. They bring a menu but you go to the counter and order. They do bring your food. Your drinks are in paper but your food is served on China with real utensils. Located in busy Davis Square. Open windows make for great people watching. We had nachos and veggie pizza. Both were excellent. Way too much food for 2 people. Little pricey but the quality and quality were excellent. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I think at their prices they should provide table service. Check this out. I think you will enjoy it.”

“Really average to below average prices and above average food. Their soups/ramens have great broth. Their sushi is really tasty. This place also tends to be pretty quiet. Its not a restaurant where you have to shout at the person on the other side of the table.”

“Food and service is hit or miss. The place is usually pretty busy which I would recommend not going if you have allergies or worry about cross contamination. When it's slow, the food is really good and usually quick!”

“This is a really nice pizza place. I really like the half pizza's! Would like to see more of this in other pizzerias! Tried the half David and I did really like it. Tasty and hot pizza in a neat and compact box!”

“Super easy lunch when they are on the Greenway. I love that I can order something online and then just have to wait a few minutes when I get there versus wasting half of my lunchtime. Interesting pizza topping combinations, cheery staff.”

“Foundry on Elm is the sort of pub that makes me happy. The atmosphere is upscale, with soft lighting, deep colored wood tables and and comfy chairs. The drinks are a step up from your local spot, mixed with the seasoned hand of a bartender who knows their craft. The food was, without exception, excellent. We went for a birthday dinner, so many things, from salads to burgers to fish and chips were served. All were amazingly well prepared and delicious. I personally got the Foundry Burger and can say without reservation it was the best burger I have had in my memory that came from a restaurant kitchen. The mince mix was exceptionally well balanced for beefy flavor and texture, seasoned perfectly and cooked the same. I cannot recommend this enough, and it is the perfect thing to accommodate a beer or two after a long day or while watching the game on one of their televisions. Fret not, this is decidedly not a sports bar. Overall, if you find yourself in Davis Square, you owe it to yourself to try Foundry on Elm.”

“Wow! Very delicious at a great price point. Soup was very flavorful and seafood was fresh. They have set it up more of a street-food style. You have to order first and most of the condiments and utensils are on the side. Once you are finished, you drop off your dirty plates on the side as well.”

“I always order online for delivery. The pizza tasted better in Boston compare to other states. I also feel like the delivery was quicker.”

“Went here expecting more of a diner than Americana, but the food is still really good. Had the burger, which was very juicy. You have the option of getting onion rings as a side that I highly recommend doing. The beer and cocktail selection here is vast. They have outdoor seating. Watch out for the service door. It opens outwards into the closely packed seating area.”

“Perfect place to have a cocktail and talk with friends. Great attention to detail on all the drinks. Decor has the old speakeasy vibe. They play music at a good level (loud enough to make it feel lively, not so loud you can't have an in-depth conversation). Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because it's ultimately in the basement of a building in Davis and pretty cheaply constructed (darkness helps hide it) but for the price of the drinks you could be in a more upscale environment.”

“Nice and friendly restaurant, with prompt service. Reservations are available, and they can cater to decent sized groups. The food is good, albeit a little on the pricier side due to being in Davis. The menu has a large variety of seafood, and has fairly well priced oysters and clams too! This restaurant also serves alcohol and desserts!”

“Shouldn’t be charging covers, not the vibe of the bar or the area. Food is good, not great. Beer and wine selection is good but again, pricey for the area. The atmosphere is fun but they let it get too crowded during the weekend. Overall good for a quick drink but kind of an eh place.”

“I had the best experience at this Chipotle, which I visited during a short trip form New York. The Manager, Hawaiitha (i am probably misspelling her name) was super helpful and super professional. She went out of her way to answer questions and help me get everything I needed at the best price. She is a Star. I will go out of my way to eat at this Chipotle when I am in the area and also recommend it to my friends.”

“Awesome local spot for bubble tea but beware of the sugar level of various drinks. Sometimes 0% sugar does not mean that a drink is not sweet.”

“Perfectly-executed and consistently delicious pizzas with spectacular crust. Friendly staff, clean restaurant with a cool vibe, fast service even late-night. Bonus points for providing self-service water and cups for all who enter their restaurant off the summer street. Be sure to check out their pizza specials - they're always cooking up something new and interesting. Now I understand why they're rated so high among greater-Boston pizza spots.”

“Just in from Denver Colorado. This place is wonderful! We joined the Sunday Brunch after some morning shopping. Fernando was our waiter. He made serving suggestions that were perfect. He also brought out a slice of Water Mellon for our 3 year old son who was starving and Fernando knew our little guy had parents that waited a little long to sit down to brunch. ????. Starting with the best fresh made corn chips and flavorful- tasty mild salsa (while I like it hot, my son ate this) and great main course everything was wonderful!!! Fernando and the staff made sure we were well taken care of. The atmosphere with open air seating and decor was delightful. The price was very reasonable, considering the portion size, particularly for the kids menu. Kids scrambled eggs- 6$ for scrambled eggs — the eggs are plentiful and huge Texas-like toast and a hearty side of pineapple and watermelon (pretty sure that was the kids, but may have been the side for one of our meals) even just the eggs and toast certainly enough to feed a hungry 10 year old after soccer practice! Our guy is 3 but could have fed 3 year olds at least! We only wish we had such a cool and enjoyable place back home!”

“I love this place. Miso soup is a little too salty but the noodle dishes are delicious. Highly recommend the Drunken Noodle. The staff are great. Food comes pretty quickly.”

“In love with the pastries! The macaroons are to die for! The staff here are also super friendly. Will 1000% come back, but I live too far. For the price (not that it’s expensive and quite frankly is super reasonably priced) excellent quality , flavor, and service!”

“Awesome Tibetan food. With enough familiarity from Indian cuisine for those unfamiliar with Tibetan cuisine to get started, but with plenty of unique ingredients that you’ll only see in Tibetan dishes. Extremely delicious and highly recommended”

“Updated- I am leaving my original review below. I am currently enjoying the Market Noodle. Yummy! The combo of flavors is great in this, the textures work fast better and it's got just a perfect tiny bite of spice. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Original review- I was unimpressed with The Hipster. The flavors didn't seem to work and the texture was mostly a bit tough or chewy. The kale in it was delicious though and the staff was friendly. I'll likely try again and update this review if I enjoy a different dish. I want to like a place like this. It's the type of food I usually enjoy.”

“Extensive beer list both draft and bottles. With so many eateries in Davis Square, the Elm Street Taproom doesn't really compete for best food but they win hands down for best beer. Let me say I enjoyed the food I ate there, Fish and Chips were good, albeit, a rather small portion for the price, and my friends Quinoa Dish was plentiful, she couldn't finish it. This is as the name implies mainly a "Taproom" and it is a good one. If your in Davis Square and thirsty, this is a stop you should make.”

“Decent, basic Mexican food. I eat here fairly often. Not going to win any awards for food quality, but it's also not bad, and I've never been disappointed by the fare here. It's just pretty basic - better than fast food, but not as fancy as a proper restaurant.”
