“Let’s start off with the welcome greet I received today from the employee named Johnathan. He was such a gentleman and helped me with my two toddler babies. I know how long fried snapper can take to prepare at local restaurants so I decided to call me order in prior to arrival. When he sat me and my daughters down my fried snapper in a delicious Haitian Creole sauce came out in about 5-10 mins. The food was fresh, the salad was amazing and the baked Haitian Mac and cheese my eldest daughter devoured. The total price for the entire meal was more than reasonable. Once again the hospitality was amazing. A young lady who spoke fluent Haitian Creole came out from the back of the kitchen and asked how I liked the food. I’ve been to countless Haitian/Caribbean restaurants , and I’ve never been welcomed with such love and kindness. This will be my go to place every Sunday. Also I saw advertisements for open mic, and dance nights. I’m glad I found this gem of the island Caribbean Cuisine. Amazing amazing amazing! I love every moment of it. “Nice place close to my job. I come in often on my lunch breaks. The staff knows my order well and makes it good. I've just been noticing the restroom is frequently out of order. Customers have come in ready to burst just to get smacked with a big Out of Order sign on the door. It seems to happen once a week. Probably would help if the bathroom was only available to customers rather than the public. Maybe the toilet wouldn't malfunction so much”

“This place has great cheese steaks, I'd like to give them 5 stars. However, they often refuse to answer the phone, often lack ingredients, and simply need to step it up. This place could be great, but it's a shame when the management does not care. I called 4 times to no avail, so I walk to the restaurant, almost empty and call on my call. “Good (quick & easy) food, especially for the prices. Very “straight-forward” pizza/sub shop menu— but they do what they do well (and are very consistent). I definitely recommend their BLT sub— I’ve never seen so much (super crispy & delicious) bacon packed into one sub before— it’s my personal favorite there, though to be fair I’ve only tried a couple of their menu selections (mostly because I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed these 2-3 items & haven’t found any need to venture out & try anything else). Open rather late night (for the area), a rather appreciated convenience for those (like myself) that often work late into the night. They’re always very quick— I’ve never been quoted more than a 10-15 min wait time when calling in a pick-up order. So I definitely wouldn’t suggest calling ahead earlier than you expect to arrive, bc they’re always very much “on their game.” Surprisingly, parking never seems to be an issue either (despite being located on a somewhat high-traffic street). Staff is always very polite & friendly. Very minor side-note though: they seem to have a slight problem with their phone lines— not that they’re ever “down,” but often they have a lot of difficulty hearing (perhaps it’s a loud kitchen?). Before I realized this (that their phone lines weren’t the clearest), the first couple of times I called in an order I took this “disconnect” as a sort of “gruffness” or irritation on the employees’ ends. I quickly realized (especially after experiencing how friendly & polite they are in-person) that it was nothing of the sort. I truly believe they often just have a difficult time making out what you’re saying on the phone. So a small suggestion if you’re considering calling in: speaking loudly & clearly & don’t be put off if you think you’re perceiving a slight “attitude” on the other end of the line... it’s likely nothing more than a bad phone connection, but the staff is always very hospitable!”

“First time here and I love it. Small menu with big flavor. It seems like they keep it small to focus on making the few items amazing. Everything is made from scratch. Even the bread. Make sure to get the pickled vegetables with your sandwich. Totally worth the $2 to give a little extra to your meal. Enough for one person so get an order with each sandwich. I got the pork sandwich which was delicious. Staff is very friendly and love talking about the food they make. Cant wait to be in the area again to get something else. Great job guys.”
